Hybrid M features cold-molded foam and meshed fabric for improved comfort and breathability. Users can customize their massage via App and the controls on the armrest.

- An analysis of user reviews and identifying common pain points through online videos of existing massage chairs and attachments, led to the hypothesis, that massage technology was highly enjoyable, but usability was often hindered by the need to “prep” the product for use and its reliance on a nearby power source. As a result, our primary objective was to develop a product that would seamlessly integrate into a user's life free from cables to provide a frictionless, enjoyable experience.
