هينگزو گنڪو هوئي ڊنگ فو چين جي شهر هينگزو ۾ هڪ ڊوپلڪس شو فليٽ لاءِ رهائشي اندروني ڊزائين آهي. هي اپارٽمينٽ ٽن منزلن تي 1,200 چورس ميٽر جي رقبي تي پکڙيل آهي، جيڪو عمارت جي 39هين کان 41هين منزل تي واقع آهي. پهرين منزل تي رهڻ واري ايراضي، ماني کائڻ واري جاءِ ۽ وڏي عمر جي رهاڪن ۽ ٻارن لاءِ سمهڻ جا ڪمرا آهن. سرد پٿر جون سطحون، گرم صوفا ۽ سادا پردا هڪ ٻئي سان ملايا ويا آهن. اوچي رهڻ واري ڪمري ۾ فرش کان ڇت تائين پکڙيل درينون آهن، جتان چيانتانگ نديءَ جو نظارو نظر ايندو آهي. هڪ لامحدود (انفنٽي) پول درياءَ ۽ آسمان ڏانهن منهن ڪيل آهي.

- Unique Properties
- Ginkgo is an upscale residential development situated on the former site of the Binjiang Campus of the China Academy of Art in Hangzhou, China. The apartment complex boasts an overlook of the West Lake cultural site, with an opposite view of Pagoda of Six Harmonies, integrating the local rivers, mountains, towers, bridges, and urban landscapes.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The 1,200 square-meter show flat sets itself apart from previous designs by catering to a diverse range of users and embodying a spiritual pursuit. This home design holds profound significance as it reflects the spiritual needs of its residents, capturing their emotions, and experiences, and creating an inclusive yet subtle ambiance.

- Production Technology
- The duplex apartment spans over an area of 1,200 square meters and comprises of three floors. The first floor is dedicated to living, dining and bedrooms for the elderly and children. The decor is tastefully done with cool stone materials, elegant and warm sofas, and plain curtains that complement each other.
- Design Challenge
- The apartment is situated on the 39th to 41st floors, offering stunning views of the Qiantang River. One of its standout features is the infinity swimming pool that seamlessly blends with the river and the sky, providing residents with a captivating visual experience and a sense of relaxation reminiscent of a vacation.
- Research
- Ginkgo is renowned for its luxurious decor, spacious rooms, and an international, artistic, and fashionable community atmosphere.
- Inspiration
- It blends the traditional Chinese literati life, advanced technology, and the Internet to offer a new lifestyle to contemporary elites in this city. The project has become a new popular residential spot during the Asian Games held in Hangzhou.
- Project Duration
- The project started in March 2022 and was completed in June 2023 in Hangzhou, China.
- Operation Flow
- As one enters the apartment, the high-ceiling living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows offers an awe-inspiring visual experience. The luxurious and spacious design, coupled with a well-planned layout, offers privacy while also promoting a sense of togetherness.
