سُوھي سينچري ھڪ شوروم آھي جيڪو چين ۾ رھائشي اندروني ڊيزائن جي طور تي جوڙيو ويو آھي. 498 چورس ميٽرن جي ھيءَ جاءِ ھڪ رسمي داخلا، سماجي علائقن، خانداني حصن ۽ ذاتي آرام جي جاين ۾ ورهايل آھي، جيڪي مسلسل گذرگاھ ذريعي ڳنڍيل آھن. مخمل، سنگ مرمر، ڌاتو ۽ سونھري بناوٽون خاص طور تي ڊيزائن ڪيل فرنيچر سان گڏ استعمال ٿيل آھن. سموھيل روشنيءَ جو نظام ھر ڪم کي سھارو ڏئي ٿو ۽ سموري ترتيب کي ھڪجھڙائي بخشي ٿو. داخلا تي بناوٽ واري ڀت جو فن، ڪڪرن جي نقش وارو ڪنسول ۽ سنگ مرمر جا عنصر پيش ڪيا ويا آھن. ھڪ ماڊيولر صوفا ۽ گول ميز مکيه گڏجاڻيءَ واري علائقي جو مرڪز آھن. ھيءَ ڊيزائن جديد شان ۽ مشرقي نفاست کي پاڻ ۾ ملائي ٿي.

Unique Properties: The Suhe Century project combines modern luxury with Oriental elegance, creating a living space that balances ceremony with comfort. The design incorporates a unique mix of materials, such as velvet, marble, and metal, to craft a multi dimensional experience. The space focuses on creating an emotionally charged environment where art, nature, and design converge. The integration of functional zones with aesthetic appeal is what sets this project apart.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project spans 498 square meters, with key features including a modular sofa system, custom designed furniture, and an integrated lighting solution that enhances the visual and emotional atmosphere. The space is divided into distinct areas: a ceremonial entrance, social hubs, family zones, and private retreats, each designed with specific dimensions and layouts that cater to both functionality and aesthetic elegance.

Production Technology: The project utilizes premium materials such as Italian Visionnaire furniture, gilded textures, velvet, marble, and metals. The design is realized through a combination of custom designed furniture and artisanal materials, ensuring that every detail contributes to the overall aesthetic and functionality. Advanced techniques in lighting design and spatial arrangement were employed to achieve a balance between luxury and warmth.
Design Challenge: The greatest challenge in this project was integrating high end modern luxury with the emotional warmth and cultural elements of oriental design. Balancing these contrasting aesthetics while maintaining functionality posed a significant creative hurdle. Additionally, sourcing and customizing premium materials that would complement both the historical and contemporary design elements required careful planning and consideration, ensuring that each piece enhanced the overall atmosphere of the space.
Research: The design research focused on how modern luxury can be integrated with traditional Oriental aesthetics to create a living space that balances form, function, and emotion. The research included studying historical and contemporary design influences in shanghai and other global metropolitan areas. Insights gained from the research emphasize the importance of blending artistic expression with functional needs to craft a holistic living experience.
Inspiration: The project draws inspiration from the surrounding waterfront and urban vitality of suhe bay. By blending modern luxury with oriental aesthetics, the design emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of art, nature, and everyday life. The aim was to create a space that feels both timeless and contemporary, offering a refined living experience that celebrates beauty and functionality. The design embraces both historical and modern influences to reflect the dynamic spirit of the area.
Project Duration: The project started in August 2025 and finished in December 2025 in China.
Operation Flow: The space functions as a seamless flow from one area to another, integrating formal and informal zones. Each area such as the living, dining, and family spaces invites natural interaction while maintaining a sense of privacy and elegance. The arrangement of furniture and materials ensures both comfort and functionality, encouraging engagement while preserving the atmosphere of luxury and art. The interaction between nature and design fosters an enriching and emotional connection for residents.
