About Tang Chao Primárna funkcia: Balenie čaju na cesty

Tang Chao je obalový dizajn pre cestovný čaj. Malá štvorcová škatuľka ukladá čajové tehličky do kompaktnej podoby vhodnej na cestovanie. Škatuľka je zhotovená pomocou čapovo-drážkovej konštrukcie, takže nie je potrebné žiadne lepidlo. Na výrobu škatuľky sa používa bambus a na vonkajší obal kraftový papier, čo udržiava nízke náklady a podporuje ekologický výsledok. Krúžková spona a šnúrka umožňujú škatuľku zavesiť, držať alebo prenášať. Zaoblené rohy môžu tiež stláčať reflexné zóny na ruke, čo je postup prevzatý z tradičnej čínskej medicíny. Škatuľka je opätovne použiteľná.

Unique Properties: 1.Small square tea box with large capacity for tea bricks, which meets the miniaturization requirement of travel tea packaging.
2.Tenon-and-mortise structure, no glue, low-cost bamboo, environmentally friendly.
3.The design of ring buckle and lanyard can meet the needs of various travel scenarios such as hanging, grasping, and carrying.
4.The rounded corners of the bamboo box also have the function of stimulating the hand reflection area (Acupoints) in the traditional Chinese medical culture.

Design Challenge: 1.The tenon-and-mortise structure of the tea box is one of its unique innovations. Such a structure does not require any glue bonding and is very environmentally friendly.
2.This design combines the health of acupuncture points in traditional Chinese medicine. The tea box can be used as a traditional Chinese medicine point massage device, which can stimulate the acupoints in the reflection area of the hand and promote blood circulation.

Research goal: Create a green packaging for travel tea
Research methods: design creativity, cultural heritage, physical development
Realistic impact: New ideas for packaging design of travel tea, combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint research, added health functions to packaging design and inherited traditional culture.

2. Inspired by the traditional Chinese medical culture, stimulating the hand reflection area (acupoints) is beneficial to physical and mental health.

Project Duration: The project finished in November 2019 in Shenzhen, China
Operation Flow: Combined with the design of ring buckle and lanyard, it can meet the needs of various travel scenarios such as hanging, grasping, and carrying. The design is reusable, convenient for living, and environmentally friendly.
