About Gemdale Casa Oia Interiér centra predaja nehnuteľností

Gemdale Casa Oia je interiérový dizajn centra predaja nehnuteľností v meste Beihai v Číne. Priestor s rozlohou 1060 štvorcových metrov si za tému berie prírodu a vyjadruje vzťah medzi horou a morom. Minimalistický dizajnérsky jazyk rozpráva o zvlnenom tvare morských vĺn a pretavuje tento tvar do umeleckej inštalácie. Čierne, biele, sivé a teplé tóny sú kombinované s odtieňmi inšpirovanými morom. Umelecké diela na stenách pripomínajúce kameň zobrazujú prechod rôznych odtieňov modrej. Medzi materiály patria umelecká omietka, sivý kameň, cementový kameň a kovová doska.

Unique Properties: Nature endows all things with a changing form. The project adopts minimalist design languages to narrate the rolling form of sea waves and translates it into an art installation, which shows dramatic visual effects and seems to shack off the shackles of spatial boundary.
The imagination about mountain and sea is the design thread that runs through the entire space. Light shines on rocks, and is refracted and extended by glass.
Dimensions & Packaging: The area of project is 1060 square meter.

Project Duration: The project started in August 2019 and finished in September 2020 in Beihai, China.
