About Jiangmen Gemdale Mingyue Predajné centrum

Jiangmen Gemdale Mingyue je predajné centrum nachádzajúce sa v meste Jiangmen v provincii Guangdong v Číne. Interiér s rozlohou 600 štvorcových metrov predstavuje návštevníkom stavebné plány nových budov, pričom sa tu môžu stretnúť s obchodnými manažérmi a priamo na mieste si kúpiť bývanie. Línie a krištáľové prvky sú skombinované tak, aby vytvorili harmonickú priestorovú víziu. Funkčné zóny nemajú jasné hranice a sú usporiadané v postupnosti naprieč priestorom. Hlavnou témou je Vtáčí raj, ktorý spája prírodné prvky s miestnou kultúrou. Medzi použité materiály patrí biely a krémový kameň Pinta, hradný sivý kameň a bronzová nehrdzavejúca oceľ.

Unique Properties: Designers use the elements of lines and crystal in the interior design to create a harmonious and complementary spatial vision. There is no obvious boundary between the functional areas and various areas are scattered in space in order. As the main theme of the space, the design element, “Bird Paradise” integrates the natural elements with local culture and create a space which fits in with modern aesthetics.

Production Technology: This project uses special materials such as white and crema Pinta stone, castle grey stone and bronze stainless steel.
Design Challenge: It is important for designers to have an overall understanding of the local culture before initiating the design. Designers spent a large amount of time to study the culture and characteristics inJiangmen City.
Research: The project makes research of how to express the integration among art, nature and urban humanity in the perspective of design and finally presents the new lifestyle of contemporary China.
Inspiration: The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, where is the hometown of overseas Chinese. Also, designers integrate the exotic customs of Jiangmen Diaolou with the local culture as well as the Western architectural aesthetics and traditional Chinese culture.
Project Duration: The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China. It takes about three months to finish the construction.
Operation Flow: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
