O dizajne Jinmao Palace Predajné centrum
Jinmao Palace je predajné centrum nachádzajúce sa v okrese Fengtai v Pekingu, neďaleko rieky Yongding. Interiér zaberá 682 štvorcových metrov na komerčnom prízemí. Dizajn prináša do mesta krajinné a vidiecke motívy, pričom sa riadi myšlienkou pätnásťminútového komunitného životného okruhu. V priestore sú umiestnené funkcie inšpirované trhoviskami a kaviarňami, a hranice medzi jednotlivými zónami sú zjemnené. Recepčná hala je zdobená vodnými svetlami a dvojpodlažná živicová akrylová stena odzrkadľuje vodný vzor pozadia recepcie.

- Jedinečné vlastnosti
- It is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, along the Yongding River of the West Fifth Ring Road. As for this design, the designer introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city with the aim of leading the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and setting a good example of the project brand, thus creating the 8th low-density high-tech house at Beijing Jinmao Palace. With the aspiration for comfortable living, Jinmao Mansion is expected to be the model of urban living.

- The designer derives the concept of sharing and symbiosis in the daily life in new metropolis. Urban life carries the function of people's social life. Therefore, the designer focuses on creating a "15-minute community living circle", implanting the concept of hypermarket and cafe life in the space.

- The project started in July 2021 in Beijing and finished in November 2021 in Beijing.
- Pracovný postup
- According to the design concept, the designer, getting rid of conventional mindset, decorates the reception hall with water lights, which look like the flowing water. The double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and the water pattern of the reception background echo with each other, forming a romantic atmosphere of life. The designer integrates vitality, nature, cloud, smoke and water to make the whole space full of vitality.
