Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park je kancelársky a priemyselný komplex v meste Chef-ej v provincii An-chuej v Číne. Park sa rozprestiera na ploche 46 223,8 metrov štvorcových a zahŕňa dve kancelárske budovy, jedáleň, výstavnú halu a spojovaciu budovu s chodbami. Zakrivené chodby prepájajú modulárne objemy budov a vytvárajú medzi nimi geometrický dialóg. Časti závesovej fasády využívajú vákuové sklo a sklo s nízkou emisivitou na zlepšenie izolácie a zníženie oslnenia. Zelené strechy, vertikálna zeleň a výsadba na úrovni terénu pomáhajú regulovať miestnu mikroklímu.

The park comprises 2 office buildings, 1 canteen, 1 exhibition hall, and 1 corridor building, which are designed to function in harmony and together form a fully integrated and efficiently laid-out working environment.
Rozmery a balenie: The architectural design of the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park adopts a modular composition, where individual building volumes are interconnected by a curved corridor. This layout establishes a geometric dialogue that enhances the visual identity of the entire complex. The interplay between external form and massing brings out the unique architectural character of the project, while cleverly forging a multi scalar connection among the city, architecture, interior, and the people within.

Výrobná technológia: Some sections of the curtain wall feature vacuum glass and low E glass, which utilize their low emissivity characteristics to block heat radiation between indoors and outdoors, improving insulation performance. These materials also eliminate heat transfer through air conduction and convection, greatly lowering the glass’s thermal transmittance. At the same time, their superior optical performance ensures plenty of natural light while reducing glare, creating a bright yet comfortable working environment.
