Velaria je dvojpodlažná súkromná rezidencia v Penangu v Malajzii so zastavanou plochou 4800 štvorcových stôp. Zóny s otvoreným pôdorysom spájajú spoločenský salónik, bar a jedálenskú časť, zatiaľ čo hlavný apartmán slúži ako súkromné útočisko. Taliansky mramor, orech a mosadz vytvárajú teplo a eleganciu. Centrálny bar tvorí ťažisko spoločenských stretnutí a výhľady na bazén podporujú pokojnú atmosféru pripomínajúcu hotel. Boli použité stolárske prvky na mieru, zákazkový nábytok a integrované osvetľovacie systémy. Plávajúce schodisko s pohybovým osvetlením spája obe podlažia.

Rich materials like Italian marble, walnut, and brass create warmth and elegance. A central bar anchors social life, while views to the pool and curated art enhance a hotel like ambiance with seamless transitions between spaces.

Výrobná technológia: The project was realized using a combination of custom millwork, marble cladding, bespoke furniture, and integrated lighting systems. Advanced carpentry detailing and precision marble installation were employed to ensure visual alignment and harmony across surfaces.

European interior palettes inspired the rich materials, aiming for a timeless and elegant space.
Trvanie projektu: Design development spanned 2 months, followed by a 12-month construction timeline. The project is located in Penang, Malaysia.
Pracovný postup: The layout allows fluid movement between the entertainment lounge, bar, and dining zones. Residents interact intuitively with the space through open sightlines, soft seating transitions, and layered lighting scenes. The master bedroom is designed for retreat, while the public areas encourage gathering and celebration.
