About Golden Fortress Spoločné priestory rezidenčnej budovy
Golden Fortress je interiér spoločných priestorov rezidenčnej budovy na Taiwane. Riešená plocha zaberá 600 metrov štvorcových v rámci pozemku s rozlohou 2 600 metrov štvorcových a slúži 15 podlažiam a 100 bytovým jednotkám. Výťahová hala je umiestnená v strede dispozície a v zadnej časti sa nachádza záhrada. Veľké okná prepúšťajú prirodzené svetlo a otvárajú výhľady do záhrady. Prírodná drevená dyha dodáva povrchom teplú textúru. Usporiadanie nábytku vymedzuje rodinnú miestnosť, fitness centrum a lounge bez pevných priečok, takže dispozícia zostáva otvorená a vyhovuje všetkým vekovým skupinám.

- Based on structural planning, the design adopts a minimalist approach, minimizing excessive decoration and unnecessary waste to achieve a natural and pure aesthetic.
