O dizajnu Eclipse Dotikalna nadzorna plošča

Eclipse je stenska dotikalna nadzorna plošča za sisteme pametnega doma. Plošča upravlja povezane naprave prek intuitivnega zaslona na dotik, mobilne aplikacije in glasovnih pomočnikov, ter tako zagotavlja udobje, varnost in energijsko učinkovitost. Ohišje je izdelano iz posebnih aluminijastih profilov, obdelanih na CNC strojih in ročno peskanih. Na voljo je devet tekstur v kovinski in granitni izvedbi, nanesenih s tremi različnimi metodami premazovanja. Oblika združuje kotno geometrijo z mehkimi organskimi krivuljami, izdelana pa je v dveh velikostih zaslona.

Proizvodna tehnologija: Considering the body material as we have an advanced industry in metalworking. Special aluminum profiles are used to solve the coating problem. Body; It is processed on cnc benches and sanded by hand work, resulting in a perfect final product. It can be customized according to his taste with 9 different textures under different metallic and granite headings of 3 different coating methods. It fits any decor and is timeless.
Oblikovalski izziv: It took the process of achieving the perfect finished product in the part machined on CNC and its coating. The surface to improve the surface of a country that is a part of Turkey is not part of the final product production. Creating quality and turning it into a standard… It was not easy to fully process the organic outer shell. Numerous prototypes have been tested on different materials and the most suitable 6000 series material for mass production is given for reading. When the profile had to be molded, silicon accumulation occurred in the coating.
Raziskave: A focus group has been created, general trends and building trends have been evaluated, a return to nature has come to the fore. There was a categorical gap in the upper segment product groups. In the upper segment, products are metal cased and forms are generally cubic. In order to break the cubic form perception, it is aimed to decompose with a fluid, organic form. Products are made to look thinner when hanging on the wall. Covering types symbolizing the return to nature have been chosen.

Trajanje projekta: The project started in march 2019 in İzmir and finished in August 2020 in izmir, and prototype model was exhibited in Integrated Systems Europe on February 2019
