Pritličje vključuje kuhinjo, garažo, dnevno in jedilno sobo ter atrij, medtem ko so spalnice nameščene v prvem nadstropju. Skupni prostor za druženje in počitek je urejen na strehi. Stene so izdelane iz opečnih zidakov, konstrukcija iz betona, streha pa iz termoakustičnih aluminijastih plošč. Zasenčeni leseni paneli in vključene zelene površine zmanjšujejo notranjo vročino.

Production Technology
The walls were made using ceramic bricks, the structure was made using concrete and the roof was made using thermo-acoustic aluminum tiles. The brise soleils were made using a japanese technique of Shou Sugi Ban which consist of burning wood to better preserve it.
Design Challenge
The structure of the house was the most complicated part, since there is a swimming pool on the second floor which can be viewed from the ground floor. The entire house is constructed on concrete pillars. Charred wood was also used by design choice since it can preserve wood for a very long period.
Research
The entire house was designed by Flavio Franco. The design process took about one month to complete. The architect wanted to design a house that incorporate a lot of green spaces and it has a swimming pool floating above the ground floor. The finished result is a house that blends in the landscape and it looks very light.
Inspiration
The main inspiration for this house was the surrounding landscape, since the site is located on the highest part of the location. One of the design principles was to use this so the residents could have the best views available in the region. The house is integrated with nature and its surroundings using light materials and transparencies.
Project Duration
Planning started in 2018 and construction took place in 2021 in Teresina, Brazil
Operation Flow
The house blends in the landscape which is achieved using lots of green space and glass along the facade.
