About Scotiabank Poslovno notranje oblikovanje
Scotiabank je poslovno notranje oblikovanje pisarn na 12.000 kvadratnih metrih v Mexico Cityju. Razporeditev prostora izkorišča odprte površine za ustvarjanje mirnega in urejenega delovnega vzdušja. Marmor, steklo, les, preproge in pohištvo se prepletajo in tako opredeljujejo posamezna območja. Prevladujejo tople barve, medtem ko žive barvne poteze na stenah, stebrih in preprogah krepijo korporativno identiteto. Naravna svetloba in zelenje podpirata dobro počutje zaposlenih. Območja za timsko delo spodbujajo sodelovanje in medsebojno interakcijo. Oblikovanje sledi tudi trajnostnim smernicam, vključno z nizko porabo energije in standardiziranimi materiali.

- Production Technology
- The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge of creating a modern, functional, and pleasant environment was overcome by offering employees the warmth of a home that fosters the development of new habits, making friends, engaging in activities, collaborating in teamwork spaces, and freely navigating the area. A fresh, contemporary, and innovative image has been established, both in the configuration of carpets, ceilings, and furniture, as well as in various settings that incorporate natural light and greenery to promote health and happiness, leading to personal satisfaction.
- Research
