About Golden Seasons Brick Embalaža za čaj

Golden Seasons Brick je embalažni dizajn za stisnjene ploščice čaja Pu-erh. Zunanji ovitek je izdelan iz posebnega papirja s starinsko teksturo, z vtisnjenimi motivi pečatov in zlatim folijskim tiskom. V notranjosti dvoslojna predalna škatla iz zlatega kartona in sive lepenke hrani osemnajst ploščic, ovitih v zlato folijo, po devet na pladenj. Reže za zaščito pred udarci varujejo ploščice med prevozom. Vsaka ploščica tehta štiri grame, kar je število, ki v kitajščini odmeva besede za štiri letne čase. Pladnji so zamenljivi, tako da je škatlo mogoče ponovno napolniti in znova uporabiti.

Unique Properties: Golden Seasons Brick Cultural narratives empower functionality. The name vintage (homophone for "cultural relics" ) embodies temporal depth through three imprints: mountain veins, tea leaves, and fingerprints. The 4g brick (phonetically "Four Seasons" ) is gold-foil sealed as a time capsule. Imperial seal engravings elevate tea brewing into a collectible ritual, redefining Guochao (China's cultural renaissance) tea experiences for modern mobility.
Dimensions & Packaging: 80mmx80mmx40mm box with dual-layer structure (2 trays x 9 bricks). The 9x2 configuration mirrors the Eastern philosophy of (9x9 returning to unity), symbolizing cyclical renewal.

Design Challenge: Vintage resolves the ritual-portability paradox through a threefold symbolic system (mountain/tea/fingerprint textures). We translated imperial seals into tactile geometric patterns, paired with a 4g brick (phonetic "Four Seasons" in Chinese) that bridges nature, tea, and human craft.
Research: Vintage addresses tea-drinking challenges for mobile youth by reinterpreting Qing emperors’ seal motifs (Qianlong/Yongzheng) into minimalist icons. The 4g brick, phonetically echoing “Four Seasons” in Chinese, is gold-foil wrapped as a cultural time capsule. Its modular system (replaceable FSC-certified trays) enables 20-second brewing anywhere, boosting reorders by 300% while educating sustainable habits through packaging reusability and material circularity.
Inspiration: In fast paced urban life and frequent travel, modern individuals seek moments of respite through natural rituals that soothe the body and mind.
Vintage embraces "Tea Accompanies the Seasons," distilling the rich flavor of Yunnan ancient tree Pu-erh and the serene aesthetics of Eastern artifacts into a 4g portable "Four Seasons Gold Brick." The "4g" cleverly symbolizes the seasons, allowing the tea’s aroma to flow with nature’s rhythms, seamlessly integrating into work, home, and travel.
Project Duration: Project Timeline: Initiated in Shenzhen, China (September 2024) and delivered as a market-ready packaging system by January 2025
Operation Flow: Ritual Reboot Removing the belly band becomes a ceremonial unboxing act, mirroring Gen-Z's cultural pride in China's heritage.
