About Tanyue Mansion Prodajni center
Rezidenca Tanyue je prodajni center za stanovanjsko naselje v Nanningu, Guangxi, na Kitajskem. Notranjost obsega 680 kvadratnih metrov in sledi simetrični zasnovi, navdihnjeni s starodavnimi orientalskimi akademskimi stavbami iz lesa, kamna in opeke. Tloris se pomika od maketnega peskovnika do pogajalskega območja in nato do knjižnega bara. Pregradni zasloni prikličejo v spomin strukturo streh ljudstva Zhuang, ene od manjšinskih skupnosti na Kitajskem. Dve umetniški instalaciji, ena osnovana na kaligrafiji in druga na vodi, zaznamujeta sekundarno preddverje in sprejemni pult. Zasnova združuje lokalne kulturne elemente s sodobnimi prostorskimi funkcijami.

- Production Technology
- In the middle of the secondary lobby, a calligraphy art installation is hanging, which is inspired by the exclusively invited calligraphy works displayed in the Cologne Fair. Another art installation is set at the reception desk, which is inspired by the designer's perception of water. The two installations echo each other in form, and resonate in spirit, showing the thousand years' Chinese civilization and oriental philosophy.
- Design Challenge
- One of the challenge is how to integrate the traditional architectual elements of Zhuang and modern space functions in a balance way.
- Research
- The interior design is an extension of cultural spirit. The design method is combined with local cultural elements to achieve a more attractive effect.
- Inspiration
- The design concept comes from the ancient oriental academy building, which is a wooden stone brick structure with rigorous symmetrical layout. From the sand table to the negotiation area, and then to the book bar, the symmetrical space layout displayed the beauty of the traditional space order
- Project Duration
- The project started in October 2018 and finished in November 2018 in Nanning, Guangxi, China.
- Operation Flow
- The screens on both sides adopted the traditional type of ancient academy, in which there is not too much decoration, being simple and delicate, full of traditional charm. These traditional elements come from the evolution and refinement of the roof structure of Zhuang, which is one of the minority groups in China. This is the biggest feature of the project.
