The use of green building materials greatly reduces the frequency of maintenance and replacement, saves energy, and makes the residents having no worries about health problems. More attention is paid to natural ventilation and natural lighting to improve indoor comfort and meet indoor requirements.
Fa'aosofia: By integrating the environment, residential needs, building materials and other aspects, the residence is not only a residential function, but also a beautiful moment in life.
