By synchronizing information at the smartphone, tablet and computer, it establishes an integrated framework that covers multiple scenarios of meeting space use. The functional demands outside the meeting room are satisfied by the touch screen and front camera, and the color information transfer in actual scenes is highlighted by the side light bar.

The key to creating friendly environment rests in ensuring the privacy of meeting information as well as the good, intelligent and convenient use of the space. The intelligent meeting space is established based on transparent space use, intuitive information and friendly environment.
