Minsheng Lesuke waa naqshad baakadeyn oo loogu talagalay dawada sigaarka lagu joojiyo. Naqshaddu waxay adeegsataa calaamad weji dhoola-cadeynaya oo horumar leh iyo nidaam midabbo togan si loo bixiyo dhiirrigelin halkii laga bixin lahaa digniino. Baakad bilow ah oo midab liin ah ayaa calaamad u ah bilowga muddada sigaarka la joojinayo, halka baakad joogtayn ah oo cagaar ahi ay tilmaamayso koritaan iyo dheellitirnaan. Unique Properties: This project is a quit smoking auxiliary packaging design based on a psychological perspective. It integrates a progressive smiling face symbol with a positive colour system to build an emotional visual language, and combines a daily dose tear off structure to create an interactive ritual. The aim is to transform the user s quitting experience from a passive withdrawal process into an active positive health management journey, providing continuous emotional support and behavioural guidance.

Production Technology: The packaging body adopts a recyclable paper based composite film, which is environmentally friendly and durable. The surface combines matte paper with a soft touch film, offering a skin friendly feel that conveys medical grade professionalism and warm humanistic care. The connection between daily dose units applies high precision plus or minus 0.3 mm hot press tear off line technology to ensure easy and smooth separation.
Design Challenge: Balancing the professional rigor with a friendly experience is a challenge. This project adopts medical grade affinity, using gentle rounded corners and combining matte paper with soft touch film to give the packaging professional texture and skin friendly touch. The visual symbol the arc of the progressive smiling face is optimised through multiple rounds of testing, coordinating encouragement and trustworthiness, avoiding over cartoonisation that could affect the professional image.
Research: Based on psychological and behavioural analysis of multiple quit failure cases, the design team found that users generally reject warning or didactic packaging and urgently need positive incentives and visual progress feedback. Therefore, the design strategy shifts from emphasizing warnings to conveying encouragement and strengthening positive incentives, and enhances user trust and lasting companionship through healing visual symbols, emotional colour systems and interactive rituals.
Inspiration: The design translates the positive mindset into a visual experience. The iconic progressive smiling face conveys a professional yet warm encouragement. The colour system is based on emotional healing research. The starter pack s vibrant orange symbolises action and hope of the start of quitting. The maintenance pack s calm green implies growth and balance, echoing persistence. The gradual shift from orange to green is not only a visual transition but also a psychological transformation metaphor.
Project Duration: The packaging was designed in January 2025 in Hangzhou. The product was officially launched in November 2025 in China.
Operation Flow: Users tear the package following the one day one cell daily dose design to take the medicine. Each tear of an independent unit completes a mini ritual, providing immediate positive feedback. The product use process is divided into two stages, starter period orange and maintenance period green, with the packaging colour switch intuitively presenting progress, elevating the act of taking medicine into an easy, rewarding daily self management ritual.
