J16 Smart je višenamenski skener barkoda dizajniran za upotrebu u maloprodaji, medicini, logistici i proizvodnji. Softver za daljinsko upravljanje omogućava podešavanje skenera jednim dugmetom. Tehnologija ubrzanja povećava brzinu dekodiranja na dvadeset očitavanja u sekundi. Multispektralno dopunsko osvetljenje prepoznaje okolinu i automatski menja boju radi poboljšanja preciznosti. Rešenje sa polarizovanom svetlošću smanjuje preeksponiranost i pojavu duhova izazvanih oštećenim, zamućenim ili reflektujućim barkodovima. Kućište je izrađeno od visokočvrste inženjerske plastike primenom dvobojnog postupka injekcionog livenja.

Unique Properties: The self-developed PSSA/MSSA remote management software allows one-button setting of the scanner; with exclusive Soc NPU acceleration technology, its decoding speed can reach 20 times per second; with self-developed multi-spectral technology, the fill light can intelligently recognize the current environment and automatically change colors to improve recognition accuracy.

Production Technology: It adopts a streamlined handle to enhance the user experience in high-intensity work scenarios. Its self-developed multi-spectral technology and the new polarized light solution solve the scanning problems of overexposure, ghosting, etc. caused by broken, blurred, and reflective barcodes, thereby improve the recognition speed. The product body is made of high-strength engineering plastics with the two-color injection molding process.
Design Challenge: Main challenge: The barcode recognition accuracy and scanning speed
We use a new generation of SmartLight3.0 decoding algorithm to train and calibrate J16 Smart hundreds of thousands of times. With self-developed multi-spectral technology and the new polarization scheme, it can automatically adapt to various environments and quickly recognize different barcodes. It is also able to learn and upgrade independently.

Social impact: The product supports the development of various UDI middleware, so that it also can be widely used in various industries such as retail, medical, logistics, and manufacturing. It can be used continuously for more than 10 hours. Made of high-strength engineering plastics, stable and durable.
Inspiration: J16 Smart is inspired by fighter jets. The appearance is interspersed with blocks and sides and cut-surface to reflect the potential energy and speed and show the ultimate efficiency of the scanner. The black streamlined shell is dotted with turquoise green, which brings a hint of liveliness in elegance and stability.
Project Duration: The project started in 2021 in Shenzhen and finished in September 2021 in Shenzhen.
Operation Flow: The self-developed multi-spectral technology and the new polarized light solution solve the scanning problems of overexposure, ghosting, etc. caused by broken, blurred, and reflective barcodes, thereby improve the recognition speed. The 1.5-inch HD touchscreen supports fast startup. J16 Smart supports Bluetooth 5.0 connection and direct connection to AP or PC via Wi-Fi, so that data transmission can be done without the base.
