Gornji nivo koristi rebraste staklene pregrade i izložbu materijala kako bi definisao radne zone uz zadržavanje otvorenosti prostora. Primenjeni su održivi materijali i savremene metode gradnje. Strateško osvetljenje i akustički dizajn doprinose kvalitetu prostora i ekološkoj efikasnosti.
