Bahari ya Mashariki ni muundo wa ndani wa villa uliobuniwa kwa ajili ya familia ya vizazi vitatu wanaoishi chini ya paa moja. Muundo wa ndani unazingatia tabia za kimaisha za watu waliozaliwa katika vipindi tofauti vya wakati na kuunda nafasi ya pamoja kwa ajili ya mawasiliano ya kifamilia. Vipengele vya kitamaduni vya Kichina vimetumika, ikiwemo mpangilio wenye ulinganifu, mandhari ya milima na mito kama mandhari ya nyuma, matundu ya kiyoyozi yenye muundo wa grili, na michoro ya mkono huru (freehand brushwork). Vifaa vikuu vinavyotumika ni magogo ya mbao na marumaru ya kijivu. Nyuso za mbao zimemaliziwa kwa nta au mafuta pekee ili kupunguza uchafuzi. Villa hii inachukua eneo la mita za mraba 420 katika ghorofa tatu.

Sifa za Kipekee: The villa is designed for a family with three generations in the same roof. It meets the living habits of people born in different eras and create a communication space for the family living together.
Vipimo na Ufungashaji: With a total building area of 420 square meters, the villa has three stories. The owner live with their parents and a child. The villa provides a quiet studying room for the child and enough storing space for the grandparents.

Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: The main materials used in this project are logs and gray marble. The logs are mainly used for environmental protection. In addition, the logs will look more and more beautiful after years of using since it will interact with the air to produce cytoplasm. The cost of logs is relatively high, which is suitable for the homeowner who will not replace the house in the short term after decoration, and they plan to live here for at least fifteen years. Compared to composite boards, logs are more environmentally friendly and more durable.
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: The biggest challenge in the project is how to solve the environmental protection problem. Most modern decoration materials are made of composite materials, which is very likely to cause pollutants. It is easy to exceed standards and endanger health. While in this villa, all the wood products are made of wood with wax directly painted on the logs. Even the solid wood floors are only oiled. The final environmental protection test was up to standard.
Utafiti: In order to design a good residential project, it is necessary to respect the client's living habits, to understand the client's life as best as possible, and to communicate fully with the dweller. The priority of home design is to solve the living needs and provide a comfortable living environment for client.
Msukumo: The project is inspired by Chinese lifestyle and the aesthetics in traditional Chinese culture. The villa adopts traditional Chinese architectural elements, such as natural mountain and river landscape background, symmetrical structure, Chinese grilled air conditioning outlets and freehand brushwork paintings.
Muda wa Mradi: The project started in June 2018 and finished in November 2019 in Shanghai China.
Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: When the project is completed, it has met the client's expectation, and the client is satisfied for the design result and the construction quality.
