RareMe ni programu ya simu kwa ajili ya watu walioathiriwa na magonjwa nadra. RareMe huunganisha wagonjwa na familia zao na hospitali, taasisi za afya, maduka ya dawa, madaktari na watengenezaji wa dawa. Watumiaji huchagua nafasi yao kama mgonjwa, mwanafamilia, au mtoa huduma za afya wakati wa usajili. Wagonjwa wanaweza kuandika shajara kuhusu matibabu yao, kutafuta dawa na matibabu duniani kote, na kupata watumiaji wengine wenye hali zinazofanana kupitia algoriti ya mapendekezo. Programu hii inapatikana kwenye mifumo ya iOS na Android. Lengo ni kuwapa wagonjwa wa magonjwa nadra uangalizi na huduma sawa.

- Rare diseases are currently affecting about 300 million patients worldwide. Due to their rare conditions, they cannot get the same degree of treatment and assistance as normal patients, especially in some developing countries. RareMe helps rare diseases patients with their recovery and therapy. By connecting with global medical research, institutions, hospitals, doctors, and drug developers, they can receive equal attention and care.

Based on this huge social problem, we have conducted extensive interviews with medical professors of Harvard University and Medical Laboratory of Zhejiang University, and are eager to connect rare disease patients around the world in a simple and portable way. We have connected many medical workers and patients via the development of RareMe. In order to improve this current condition, we will add in more and more health-care providers in the future. - Msukumo
