Book Text: ServiceNow ni ubunifu wa mambo ya ndani ya ofisi unaofunika mita za mraba 1800 katika majengo mawili yaliyounganishwa. Mpangilio unabadilisha vyumba vidogo vilivyofungwa na maeneo ya kukaa ya nafasi wazi nusu yaliyopangwa kama vitongoji vya kufanyia kazi. Dhana ilitokana na utafiti kuhusu wazo la kitongoji, kama nafasi na pia kama idadi ya watu wa eneo husika. Mchoro rahisi wa kizigizi wenye mpaka mwembamba na mkanganyiko wa mshazari uliunda muundo wa mapokezi, vyumba vya simu vilivyo wazi na vizigizi. Mbao zilizorejeshwa hutumika katika kisiwa cha jikoni cha mkahawa na jukwaa, na matofali ya ujenzi yaliyorejeshwa huunda msingi wa kisiwa.

ServiceNow Primary Function: Ubunifu wa Mambo ya Ndani ya Ofisi ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Fedha ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima kubwa ya ajabu unaotolewa kwa miundo ya hali ya juu kabisa, ya kupendeza na ya kuvutia. Washindi wa Fedha ni kazi zinazong'aa mno na bunifu kupita kiasi zinazoonyesha utaalamu bora, kipaji na busara ya wabunifu wao. ServiceNow Primary Function: Ubunifu wa Mambo ya Ndani ya Ofisi inatarajiwa kuwa kazi nzuri ya kuigwa ambayo ni ya kitaalamu kwa kiasi kikubwa na yenye ubunifu wa kina. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Fedha ya A' Design Award ni uvumbuzi unaojulikana sana na kupendwa, unaonufaisha na kupanua mipaka ya sanaa, sayansi, usanifu na teknolojia. ServiceNow Primary Function: Ubunifu wa Mambo ya Ndani ya Ofisi ni kazi inayotamaniwa mno inayochochea hamu, huleta hisia chanya na huzua mshangao na mastaajabu.

Sifa za Kipekee: The initial concept of the project was born from the research of what is Israeli "Locality". Taking into consideration that the company shifted from sitting in cubicles to sitting in a semi open-space, this created the perfect basis to the concept. The term "neighborhood" was studied in terms of space, and in terms of the local population. The brief received spoke the love and appreciation for recycled and local materials. These two became the basis to the design.
Vipimo na Ufungashaji: The project is 1800 sqm including a new section in a new building, and a renovated side in the original building. Both Buildings are connected and therefore it is one large office.

Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: Following the brief's importance in using recycled materials, we used recalimed wood in the cafeteria kitchen island, along with the cafeteria's tribune. In addition, the kitchen island top wood is placed on recycled building blocks used as the base to the island.
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: The challenge of the project from the clients' side was "selling" the transition from cubicles to open-space seating. Therefore, for us, the creative research for the correct partiton that will part between workers and also between the workers and the social corridor was a main challenge. In addition, budget was challenging and therefore the design had to be unique and creative but not expensive.
Utafiti: We researched the term "neighborhood" in terms of space, and in terms of the local population. We asked questions such as "what is eating in a neighborhood?" "what is it like working in a neighborhood?" "what is it like socializing in a neighborhood?" and etc. in addition, the client gave us a brief which spoke the love and appreciation for recycled, re-used, local materials.
The answers to these questions and requests were the first blossoms to the initial plan layout, design concept, materials and colors, and even the fine details of the graphic language, carpentry and furniture.
Msukumo: We researched the term "neighborhood" in terms of space, and in terms of the local population. We asked questions such as "what is eating in a neighborhood?" "what is it like working in a neighborhood?" "what is it like socializing in a neighborhood?" The design language was born from a basic sketch of an almost tribal looking partition, with a thin border and a diagonal crossing. This produced the formative design coming to life in the reception pattern, the open phone booth, and partitions.
Muda wa Mradi: Project started in October 2019 in Petah Tikva Israel and finished October 2020.
Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: The project includes an entrance with a large reception and a Client-Facing conference room, 2 large training rooms connected by a collectible partition, small coffee point for visitors, large cafeteria, A-Formal and Formal conference rooms and meeting salons, open phone booths, phone booth rooms and a neighborhood working area. In addition there is a game room and a large A formal conference room with a wooden tribune.
