Jengo hilo la orofa mbili, lililojengwa takriban miaka 90 iliyopita kama ghala, lilifanyiwa ukarabati kabisa. Ingawa jengo ni la zamani ndani na nje, hakuna mapambo ya ziada ndani, na ni nafasi yenye nguvu sana na atriamu rahisi. Jengo hilo liliimarishwa mahali pengine na kufufuliwa upya kama saluni ya urembo. Nafasi imeundwa kama nafasi ya kigeni na mchanganyiko wa ladha ya Mashariki na Magharibi.
