Kuhusu Residence T Nyumba Ya Kibinafsi

Timu ya wabunifu ilikabiliwa na kazi ngumu ya kuunganisha nyumba tatu za watu binafsi ili kuunda nafasi ya kuishi inayofanya kazi kwa wanandoa katika Makazi T. Nyumba hii ina mandharinyuma ya toni nyeupe yenye maelezo meusi ya utofautishaji. Ubunifu huo uliweza kusambaza sawasawa kazi na kuunda nafasi zinazofaa kwa shughuli za kila siku. Jumba na nyumba ya sanaa hutumika kama daraja kati ya nyumba tatu, kutoa vifaa muhimu na kuunganisha kila nyumba bila mshono. Muundo wa mambo ya ndani umejaa tabia, na tani zilizopigwa nyuma zinazosaidia mkusanyiko wa sanaa na samani.

Residence T Nyumba Ya Kibinafsi ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima unaotolewa kwa miundo mizuri inayokidhi mahitaji ya kitaalamu na ya kiviwanda yanayotarajiwa kutoka kwa kazi zilizobuniwa vizuri. Washindi wa Chuma huonyesha ustadi mkubwa, utaalamu wa hali ya juu, uelewa wa kitaalamu na uwezo wa kibunifu wa waumbaji wao. Residence T Nyumba Ya Kibinafsi inatarajiwa kuwa kazi inayothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambayo ni ya vitendo na bunifu. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora za tasnia na una sifa za kiufundi zenye uwezo zilizounganishwa na ujuzi na kipaji. Residence T Nyumba Ya Kibinafsi inaheshimiwa kwa uangalifu wake na imebuniwa kutoa maboresho ya ubora wa maisha yanayosaidia kuufanya ulimwengu kuwa mahali bora zaidi.

Sifa za Kipekee: Residence T adjoins three standalone houses to make an ultra-lavish abode for an affluent couple. The 14,000 sq.ft. residence channels modern French aesthetics, melding neoclassical influences with subtle patterns and forms.

Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: The client preferred a moderate French design style and a color palette that primarily features white colors. With a large house spanning 14,000 sq.ft., we carefully planned the layout based on European house layout style, taking into account the client's love for hosting guests and friends for house dinners and gatherings.

To address this need, we created a grand foyer with high ceilings, a grand living space, and dining area that were planned layer by layer around the foyer. This layout allows for an open and spacious feel that can accommodate large numbers of guests while still maintaining a sense of intimacy and elegance.

Additionally, we created another living space that is separated for the client's private use, which provides a more intimate and private area for the client and their family to relax and unwind. The use of a moderate French design style and white color palette throughout the entire area creates a cohesive and elegant look that is both timeless and sophisticated. Overall, our design approach appears to have been thoughtful and intentional, taking into account the client's preferences and the demands of the space to create a functional and beautiful living environment.
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: The most challenge part is to review tones of different collectables, rare pieces and artworks, incorporated and matching all of them into each room and space. Work with the prestige international branding to build up the wall features.
Utafiti: Design developments refer to the Modern French Design interior style.
Msukumo: Inspiration from Modern French aesthetics, a timeless palette of classic tones was created for a fresh yet relaxed feel. Pared-back tones was an immediate source of inspiration, set the stage for a prized collection of rare ceramic pieces, art and handpicked furniture.
Muda wa Mradi: The project started in Jan 2020 in Hong Kong and finished in October 2022.
Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: Three standalone houses with a huge space, we transform each houses with different functions so the usage of space become more effectives. The first house is to public space for guest gatherings and events, the second house is for family and private entertainment space, while the third house is totally private for the client own use.
