Cl7A ni muundo wa mambo ya ndani ya makazi kwa ajili ya ghorofa ya nyumba ya maduka (shophouse) yenye ngazi za kupanda huko Singapore. Nyumba hii yenye eneo la futi za mraba 978 ina vyumba viwili vya kulala, bafu mbili, na jikoni lenye dhana wazi linalounganika na maeneo ya kuishi na kulia chakula. Dari lenye mteremko na miti ya paa iliyoachwa wazi ilihifadhiwa kama kipengele maalum cha kitengo asilia cha nyumba ya maduka. Sakafu ya zege iliyong'arishwa, mbao zenye joto, na jiwe la granite huongeza kina na mkinzano. Mistari imara ya kiusanifu inasawazishwa na mapazia laini na kazi za sanaa zilizochaguliwa kwa uangalifu. Kitengo cha zamani kilirejeshwa huku faraja ya kisasa ikiongezwa.
