About Profoundness of Structures Ubunifu wa Mambo ya Ndani ya Makazi, Ubunifu wa Nafasi ya Maonyesho

Kina cha Miundo ni jengo la makazi la ghorofa tano na nafasi ya maonyesho ya sanaa lililoko Tainan, Taiwan. Nyavu za kiarkitekturi huleta mwanga wa asili na hewa safi ndani ya nyumba na kusaidia kudhibiti joto la ndani. Nyavu hizo hupunguza joto linalofyonzwa na miundo ya zege katika hali ya hewa ya kitropiki, hivyo kuokoa nishati. Zege isiyopambwa (fair-faced concrete), chuma, mbao na mwanga wa njia (track lighting) huunda mambo ya ndani yenye urahisi ambayo huangazia zaidi picha za uchoraji zilizowekwa ukutani. Vigae vya nyasi kwenye lango la kuingilia huboresha uwezo wa udongo kuhifadhi maji. Bwawa la samaki na njia ya kupita iliyojengwa kwa terrazzo na mawe ya kokoto huunda mazingira ya asili.

Unique Properties: The building structure of architectural grilles concurrently ensures the adequate lighting, the fresh air and the effective temperature in the house, effectively solving the issues of heat commonly absorbed by the concrete structures in the subtropical environment of Taiwan, saving energy, and protecting natural environment. This building, therefore, represents the organic multi-functional space incorporating the artwork exhibition and residence.
Dimensions & Packaging: The corridor on the 2nd floor has the great view to the outdoor scenery. The art paintings are hung on the wall. The multi-functional space encompassing the art exhibition and residence shows the adroit design. The living space in on the 3rd floor, where the wooden warm textures and the fair-faced concretes delineate the quality of residence. The fish pond, as the semi-outdoor corridor landscape, and the corridor decorated with terrazzo and cobblestones spawn the natural imagery.

Production Technology: The building entrance, the grass pavers constructed at the building enhance the soil water holding capacity. The doors decorated with the clear glass ensure the adequate lighting in the house. This is the five-floor building with the tall and wide indoor space, of which building materials of fair-faced concretes and steels, as well as few iron pieces and track lighting, bring out the beauty of art paintings with the minimal interior decorations.
Design Challenge: Distinct from that of most traditional design style, the porch is decorated with the wood grilles and slate bricks that develop the natural ambience.
Research: This house architectural and interior design plan brings in the house the extraordinary scene of lush garden landscape. The minimalist and modest colors embellishing the house exterior with blends congruously to the colors of natural environment. The adequate sunlight permeating through the symmetrical floor-to-ceiling windows brightens the indoor space during the day, while the warm indoor lights at night expose elegantly to the surrounding environment, the design of windows manifesting the distinct visual perceptions.
Inspiration: This architectural and interior design plan, as the design work consolidating the residential and exhibition space whose owner is an artist, specifically constructs the enlivening but subdued building exterior that consists of the artwork exhibitions, residence, studio, etc.
Project Duration: The project finished in November 2017 in Tainan, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: The design features of strong pragmaticality and room temperature adjustment are extremely unique in this design plan.
