Kuhusu Slow Living Muundo wa Mambo ya Ndani ya Makazi

Slow Living ni muundo wa mambo ya ndani ya makazi ulioko Jiji la New Taipei, Taiwan. Sehemu ya ndani ina eneo la takriban mita za mraba 460 na inajumuisha vyumba vitatu vya kulala vyenye vyoo binafsi, sebule, chumba cha kulia chakula, kaunta ya kisiwa iliyo wazi, jiko la ndani, chumba cha kusomea na chumba cha burudani. Maeneo ya wazi kwa umma yameunganishwa kuwa nafasi moja ya kuishi iliyo wazi na yenye muunganiko. Matao na mabadiliko ya vifaa hutenganisha maeneo bila kutumia kuta zilizofungwa. Vifaa vilivyotumika ni pamoja na mbao za sandalwood nyeusi zilizosindikwa (veneer), vioo, mipako ya titaniamu, sakafu ya mawe na sakafu ya mbao iliyochongwa kwa mkono. Mpangilio huu unasaidia mikusanyiko ya kifamilia pamoja na usomaji wa kimya.

Slow Living Muundo wa Mambo ya Ndani ya Makazi ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima unaotolewa kwa miundo mizuri inayokidhi mahitaji ya kitaalamu na ya kiviwanda yanayotarajiwa kutoka kwa kazi zilizobuniwa vizuri. Washindi wa Chuma huonyesha ustadi mkubwa, utaalamu wa hali ya juu, uelewa wa kitaalamu na uwezo wa kibunifu wa waumbaji wao. Slow Living Muundo wa Mambo ya Ndani ya Makazi inatarajiwa kuwa kazi inayothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambayo ni ya vitendo na bunifu. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora za tasnia na una sifa za kiufundi zenye uwezo zilizounganishwa na ujuzi na kipaji. Slow Living Muundo wa Mambo ya Ndani ya Makazi inaheshimiwa kwa uangalifu wake na imebuniwa kutoa maboresho ya ubora wa maisha yanayosaidia kuufanya ulimwengu kuwa mahali bora zaidi.

Sifa za Kipekee: The design concept was based on the idea of providing Spatial Semantics for space users, a breakthrough to the conventional residential layout, with living room, dining area, kitchen island-bench, study and all other public domains consolidated into an open yet connected core living domain. At the same time, through demarcation tools such as arches and materials in order to preserved the layering gradation of the interior.
Vipimo na Ufungashaji: The design interior area is approximately 460 square meters, including three bedroom suites, and living room, dining room, open island-bench, inner kitchen, study and rumpus room.

Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: Black Sandalwood Veneer, Mirror, Titanium-Plating, Masonry Flooring, Hand-Scratched Timber Flooring
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: With the design goal of increasing interpersonal interaction in the interior, the design team considered the current life style of the client, and proposed the plan to enlarged the light meal area, as well as opening up the usually closed-off bedroom and rumpus room, which led to a time-consuming yet rewarding process in producing a satisfying living experience for the client eventually.
Utafiti: As the client was an enterprise owner near retirement age, although this project was for the living purpose of the client couple, however, their family members would come over on weekends for gathering. Through mosaic masonry floor and titanium-plated entrance, the open-plan public domains capitalized on the high-level vista and natural lighting, with furniture layout to demarcate domain functionality for establishing a comfortable and all-age living space.
Msukumo: In view of the hustle and bustle of the urban life, the design team was inspired by the concept of re-starting a life of fun, while satisfying the social needs of the client for the weekend, along with spatial layout that created independent reading and meditating area, as well as interactive zones for family interactions. The design adopted the modern light classical styling, extended from the design of the exterior and lobby so as to allow the interior and architecture to echo each other.
Muda wa Mradi: The project finished in October, 2017 in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: In such open-plan layout, the design team utilized structural elements well to subtly demarcate spaces, or resolve visual obstacles with arches so as to allow the maximum visual ceiling height.
