From QR-enabled actions to location-aware task flows, interactions mirror physical world and movement patterns, reducing cognitive load and errors. Through scenario testing and iterative prototyping, the team developed mobile-first flows, location-aware interfaces, and QR-enabled actions that align with how users move, think, and act in real-world environments.
