ኤለጋንት ወስት ጋርደን ኣብ ኪንግዩዋን፣ ጓንግዶንግ ዝርከብ፣ 248 ትርብዒት ሜትር ዝሽፍን ናይ ቪላ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ እዩ። እዚ ንድፊ ናብ ውበታዊ ስነ-ጥበብ ናይ ሶንግ ስርወ-መንግስቲ ይምርኮስ፣ ነቲ ውሽጣዊ መንፈስ ናይቲ ዘመን ብምሓዝ ደኣ እምበር ነቲ ቅርጺ ብምቕዳሕ ኣይኮነን። ዝርአዩ ስነ-ጥበባዊ ስራሓት ንቦታ ህይወት ይህብዎ እሞ ምስ ነበርቲ ስምዒታዊ ምትእስሳር ይፈጥሩ። ጽኑዕ ከምኡ'ውን ክፉት ቦታታት ብተኸታታሊ ብምልዋጥ ህዱእ ምስልማዕ ይፈጥሩ። ቀንዲ ንጥረ ነገራት ዝተሓጐረ ዕንጨይቲ (ፔትሪፋይድ ዉድ)፣ ዎልነት ዕንጨይቲ፣ ሓሪር፣ ቆርበትን ኮፐርን ይርከብዎም። እቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፋል ጥንታዊ ባህላዊ መንነት ናብ ዘመናዊ ናብራ የላብዎ።

This gentleman's style and manner, the rich culture accumulated trough times, and that elegant artistic temperament are all displayed in living style and furnishing aesthetics in this project.
