About The Hub ናይ ቱሪዝም ቀጣዊ ጥቕምታት ልምዓት

ሃብ ኣብ ሂልስቪል፣ ቪክቶርያ፣ ኣውስትራልያ ንቱሪዝም ተባሂሉ ዝተሃንጸ ቀጣዊ ጥቕምታት ልምዓት እዩ። እዚ ፕሮጀክት ንርስቲ ዕዳጋ፣ ናይ ኤፒክዩሪያን ማእከል፣ ቢራ ፋብሪካ፣ ሆቴል፣ ቤት-መግቢ ከምኡውን ናይ ፍጻመታት ማእከል የጠቓልል። ሓደ ናይ እግረኛታት መተሓላለፊ መስመር ኣብ ልዕሊ እቲ ሽዱሽተ ኤከር ዝሽፍን ቦታ ዘለዉ ኩሎም ጥቕምታት የራኽብ። እቶም ህንጻታት ንቶፖግራፊ እቲ ቦታ ንምስዓብ ብደረጃ ዝቕንሱ ኮይኖም ተሃኒጾም ኣለዉ፣ ከምኡውን ናይ ባይታ ቁሳቁሳት ነቲ ልምዓት ምስቲ ኣብ ዙርያኡ ዘሎ መሬታዊ ትርኢት የተኣሳስርዎ። እቲ ናይ ዲዛይን ሓሳብ ንደገ ናብ ውሽጢ ብምእታው፣ ነቲ ቦታ ንዕዱማት ብእግሮም ንዝመላለሱ ይኸፍቶ። ዕላማኡ ድማ ነቲ ናይ ከባቢ ባህርያት እናዓቀበ ነቲ ናይ ከባቢ ቱሪዝም ንምድጋፍ እዩ።

Unique Properties: mixed use development combining of Heritage market, epicurean center, brewery, hotel, restaurant and function center

the design concept is to bring the outside in

the design linked by unique pedestrian link service all uses on the site

the challenge on this design of which gain local council support is to maintain the unique neighborhood character by designing building will attract and support the tourism hub for Healesville in Victoria Australia

Production Technology: using the nature of the site and location inspired us to open up the design and engage pedestrian. however, materials used will reflect the connection of the project with the surrounding and add more value with using earth materials
Design Challenge: the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value
Research: marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
Inspiration: the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in

Operation Flow: the Hub is a tourism project will function as a whole or individually, the Epicurean, Brewery center for relaxation and tasting best wine and food so you can relax in the hotel overnight with huge energy for the next day to visit the Antic market
