ሪንሰንት ኦፊስ ሰንተር ኣብ ገምገም ባሕሪ ቺንግዳኦ ዝርከብ ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ህንጻ እዩ። ናይ'ቲ ህንጻ ዝርግሓታት ምስ'ቲ ኣብ ከባቢ ዝርከብ መስመር ገምገም ባሕሪ ተሳንዩ ዝተዘርግሐ ኮይኑ፣ ነቲ መሬትን ነቶም ኣብ ቀረባ ዝርከቡ ህንጻታትን የቃልሕ። መስኮታት ትርኢት ባሕሪ ከም ዝንሳፈፉ ሳጹናት ኮይኖም ኣብ መንጎ እቶም ዝርግሓታት ተቐሚጦም ኣለዉ። ናብ ከተማ ገጹ ብምጥማት፣ እቲ ገጽ ብሰያፍ መቝረጺ ከም ናይ ትርኢት ጋንጽላ (ስሪም) ተሰሪሑ ኣሎ። ሰለስተ ንብረት ጥራይ ኢዮም ተጠቒሞም፦ ቢጋጭ (ጓንጫ)፣ እምንን ጸሊም ዝሕብሩ ብረትን። ጥሒሉ ዝተሰርሐ ኣደባባይ ነቲ ኣብ ብምሉኡ እቲ ቦታ ዘሎ ናይ ክልተ ደርቢ ልዕልታዊ ፍልልይ ብምፍታሕ ናይ'ቲ ህንጻ ባይታ ምዝውዋር የመሓይሽ።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: The floor area, the building height and the protruding part at the top are all very tightly constrained. The specificity of the location makes the project the focal point of the visual center, both from the sea and from the city. It is also a perfect place to view the scenery. In this way, the idea becomes clear in the process of rounds of design deduction, which extending the building slabs in line with the surrounding shoreline, with the sea view windows set between slabs like floating boxes.
ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን: The project scale is 10286 square meters. Facing the city, the facade is expressed in the form of a scene frame, with a diagonal cut. While showing the city, the square view windows bring a staggered physical relationship to the building. The rigorous selection of materials increases the permeability and stability of the building. The facade and metal, the color combination of one depth and one lightness adds to the architectural level and strengthens the architectural structure.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: The selection of materials follows a simple and atmospheric style. Glass, stone, dark metal, the overall building materials are controlled within three choices. The dark reflective glass is as large as possible from the bottom to the top; to increase the stability of the building, stone should reflect the heaviness of the form, clean and weighty, taking into account the erosion of the facade by wind and rain, the stability of the material itself and its self-cleaning ability are also important.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: Two years ago, on an early spring morning, standing on the project base, people were drawn to the distant sea level by the Wheat Island connected to the land by a bridge. The cascading waves soothingly and lazily surged towards the shore, and there was great beauty in heaven and earth without saying a word. How to echo the texture of the natural environment in the urban area and create an orderly facade in dialogue with it became the most important issue to be solved in this project.
ምርምር: Spatially, there is a two-story height difference from the northeast to the south side of the base where the building is located.
In order to dissolve the disparity of building volume in different directions, a sunken plaza is added along the urban area. The setting of the sunken square increases the circulation of the building space, so that the two auras of the city's "noise" and the sea's "floating sense" are no longer colliding in the building, but intertwining and flowing.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: On the west side of the base was the noisy city, on the east side was the endless sea. The building was located between them, in the spatial wrestling field between the "city" and the "sea", feeling the tension of the two spatial boundaries testing each other, which brought a unique spatial experience to the base.
The building is set above the shoreline, like a mountain rock hidden between the trees, not wrapped up in either of the two atmospheres.
ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ: The project started in Qingdao in 2018 and was completed and put into use in March 2020.
ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: The entire building is embedded in the coastline, extending the building to conform to the surrounding shoreline, echoing the terrain and surrounding buildings. The facade lines increase the overall agility, and the independent frame effect makes the building clear and transparent, forming a good visual landscape effect.
