ሎጋን ትያንላንግዋን ኣብ ከተማ ዞንግሻን ዝርከብ ማእከል መሸጣ ንብረት ገዛ ኮይኑ፡ 650 ትርብዒት ሜተር ዝሽፍን እዩ። እቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፋል ከም ልሙድ ናይ ኣብነት ኣፓርታማ ዘይኮነስ ከም ብሕታዊ ናይ ዕረፍቲ መንበሪ ኮይኑ ክስምዖ ተገይሩ ተነዲፉ። ጸሓይ ናብ ብምሉኡ እቲ ቦታ ትበጽሕ፡ ነፍሲ ወከፍ መስኮት ከኣ ትርኢት ሰማይን ማይን ትሓቁፍ። ዝተሓላለኸ ማዕሸግን ተመሳሳሊ ዝኾነ ሕብራዊ ኣቀማምጣን ተወጊዱ ቀሊል ኣገባብ ተመሪጹ። ሕብርታት ነቲ ቦታ ንኸገልግሉ ተመሪጾም፡ እቲ ኣቕሑ ቤት ከኣ ንሓደ ስርዓት ዘይኮነስ ንሓደ ስምዒት ይከተል። ብሉጻት ንብረታትን ውሑዳት ዝተኣከቡ ናይ ስነ-ጥበብ ስራሓትን ህዱእን ብሕታውን ሃዋህው ይፈጥሩ።

The complicated decoration, unified color matching and luxurious materials are not the holiday lifestyle required by a Utopia.Therefore, the designer abandoned the conventional design ideas, and followed the concept of "Lees is more" to present a more private space.
