About Hongzhou Academy ማእከል ሽያጥ

ሆንግዡ ኣካዳሚ ኣብ ማእከላይ ከባቢ ወረዳ ናንቻንግ፡ ቻይና ዝርከብ ማእከል ሽያጥ እዩ። እቲ ህንጻ ንክትዕ፡ ንኢደ-ጥበብ፡ ንንጥፈታት ቆልዑን ንመርኢትን ዝኸውን ቦታታት ዝሓዘ እዩ። ክልተ ብሎካት ኣብ መስቀላዊ መንገዲ ናብ ከተማዊ መገድታት ገጾም የቕንዑ፡ እቲ ዝተፈላለየ ኣቀማምጣኦም ከኣ ንኣፍ-ደገ ኣደባባይ ይፈጥር። እቲ ዲዛይን ናብ ጥንታዊ ቻይናዊ ስነ-ህንጻ የመልክት። ናይ ኣልሙኒዩም ጣውላታት ብዓንቀፍቲ ተኣሳሲሮም፡ ኣብ ገጽ እቲ ህንጻ ከም ብሎኬት ዝመስል ቅርጺ ይፈጥሩ። ልዙብ ዝተጠውየ ገጽ ንናሕሲ ይስእሎ፡ ንባህላዊ ጣራታት ከኣ የዘኻኽር። ገፋሕቲ ናይ ቤጨሪ ቦታታትን ልዑል ኣትሪየምን ነቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፋል ክፉትን ምቹእን ባህሪ ይህብዎ።

Unique Properties: The project is located in the central area of Nanchang County. As a sales center, it undertakes the functions of negotiation, handwork, children's activity space and display. The building is located at the intersection, so there are two typical blocks facing the urban road respectively. These two blocks shapes the building, and the misplaced part forms the entrance square.
Dimensions & Packaging: Land area: 2375m² floor area: 1221m²

Production Technology: Metallic aluminium sheet, glass, coating Material
Design Challenge: To avoid the glue layer on facade, architects designed a gusset plate unit also use aluminium to insure the tone of the grey facade.
Research: Chosing the material for roof was a difficulty. Designers compared the effect and cost of Titanium-zinc Panel, Al-Mg-Mn alloy building sheets and aluminium sheet and finally chosed aluminium sheet as the roof material.
Inspiration: The area has a splendid cultural history in ancient times, so the form fully refers to the ancient Chinese architecture. Aluminum plates are connected by buckles, forming a unique brick texture on the facade. The smooth arc-shaped curved surface outlines the skyline of the building, which reminds people of the eaves curve of ancient Chinese buildings.
Project Duration: The project started in August 2020 in Nanchang and finished in December 2020 in Nanchang, China.
Operation Flow: The building provides people with a comfortable purchasing environment. The large area of glass enables people to enjoy the external scenery. The high atrium increases the width of the space. People can regard it as a commercial building or a place to rest.
