ቻይና ቺክ ኣብ ጓንግጆው፡ ጓንግዶንግ ግዝኣት፡ ቻይና ዝርከብ ማእከል ሽያጥ እዩ። እቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፍሊ 688 ትርብዒት ሜተር ዝሽፍን ኮይኑ ንበጻሕቲ ብዛዕባ ሓድሽ ዝተሃንጸ ፕሮጀክት መንበሪ ገዛ ንኽፈልጡ ይሕግዞም። ኩለንትናዊ መደብ ህንጻ ይቐርብ፡ ቅድሚ ግዝኣት ምፍጻም ድማ ሰራሕተኛታት ሽያጥ ክማኸሩ ይኽእሉ። እቲ ንድፊ ንክላሲካዊ ባህሊ ካንቶን ምስ ዘመናዊ ስነ-ህንጻ የወሃህዶ። ሊንግናን እምኒ፡ ካፖክ፡ ኦሎንግ ሻሂን ጓንግዶንግ ጥልፊን ብዘመናዊ ስነ-ጥበብ ኣቢሎም ዳግም ይትርጎሙ። ብእንጨት ግረይን ፊልም ዝተጠቕለሉ ኣጻድፍ ኣብቲ ኣዳራሽን ናይ ዘተ ከባቢን ከም ትሑት ዋጋን ንኸባቢ ዘይጎድእን መወዳእታ ኮይኖም ይጥቀሙሎም።

- Unique Properties
- CHINA CHIC is a hometown dedicated to guangzhou city, a place to reproduce the memory of hometown. The elegant new oriental aesthetic demonstration area of CHINA CHIC in Gemdale is built with the idea of high mountains and flowing water and colorful clouds chasing the moon, which everywhere reflects the blending beauty of classical culture and contemporary architecture. It’s a gift to those who have enthusiasm for guangzhou's urban culture.

- Design Challenge
- How do we define and lead the future way of life belonging to the new city with design?Guangzhou is a highly complex organism. With the passage of years, it is constantly changing and metabolizing itself. Various material and non-material elements with cultural significance in the urban area carry the historical and cultural context and spirit of a city in the form of space. In order to interpret"national trend", whether"deconstructing" tradition or "inheriting"innovation, it will move towards to "sense of future". Through the multi-dimensional understanding of Guangzhou city, the design light spot is to retain the Lingnan stone, kapok, oolong tea and Guangdong embroidery with Cantonese rhyme with innovative modern art.
- Inspiration
- While continuing the cultural life of the original guangzhou city, we also noticed that compared with the past, contemporary people have more diversified use needs for space. therefore, we implanted the new meaning and functions given by space, so that culture can better play its role as a magnet, enhance the vitality of the site, form highly creative visual expression and sensory experience, and link the urban mark of new art presentation and geographical culture.

- The project is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. It takes about six months to finish the construction.
- Operation Flow
- The sales center is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
