About Track 主ተግባር፡ ስብስብ ኣቕሑ-ማዕድ

ጽሑፍ መጽሓፍ፡ ትራክ ማለት ሸራሚክ ዝኾነ ስብስብ ኣቕሑ-ማዕድ ኮይኑ፣ ሸሓኒታት፣ ኩባያታት ከምኡ’ውን ኣቕሑ ዕንባባ ዘጠቓልል እዩ። ቅርጺታት ቀሊላት ኮይኖም ሕብርታት ድማ ብሩሃት እዮም። ጻዕዳ ላዕለዋይ ገጽ ኣብ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ቁራስ ልክዕ ከም ተንሸራታቲ በረድን ውርጭን ተጠማዚዙ ዝኸይድ ኮይኑ፣ እቲ ዝድይብን ዝወርድን ቅርጺ ድማ ንኣውትላይን ገጻት ንጹር ክኾኑ ይገብሮም። እዚ ስብስብ እዚ ብኣገባብ ስነ-ጥበብ ቅብኢ ሸራሚክ (mould casting) ዝፍጠር ኮይኑ፣ ክሳብ 1250 ዲግሪ ሴልስየስ ይሓምቕ (ይነድድ)። ብቐሊሉ ቅርጾም ክቕየር ዝኽእል ቅርጺታት ኣብ ግዜ ልዑል ደረጃ ሙቐት ምጥባስ ብኣልሙኒየም ኦክሳይድ (alumina) ይድገፉ፣ ድሕሪኡ ብምልጋስን ዳግማይ ብምጥባስን ይዛዘሙ። እቲ ንድፊ ህዱእን ትሑትን ኮይኑ ይቕጽል፣ በዚ ድማ እቲ መግቢ ቀንዲ ትኹረት ናይቲ ግዜ ምግቢ ኮይኑ ይቕጽል።

Unique Properties: This set of utensils includes plates, water cups, flower utensils, etc. They have a simple shape, bright colors. The white trajectory is like ice and snow sliding, and the outline is more clearly depicted as the structure rises and falls.
Dimensions & Packaging: Cup #1: 75*75*90mm, Cup#2: 85*85*70mm, Floral vessel#1: 80*60*280mm, Floral vessel#2: 80*120*180mm, Plate#1: 290*140*18mm, Plate#2: 180*180*20mm.

Production Technology: The work is made of ceramic mould casting technique. Fired to 1250℃.
Design Challenge: The main difficulty in the development of the project was the deformation of the ceramic material. In solving this, I used a high temperature firing and low temperature glaze firing method for extremely deformable forms. The pieces are brazed with alumina during the high temperature firing process and then glazed for a third firing after shaping.
Research: Type of research: applied research, Research Objectives: tableware, Methodology: computer-aided design, Data collection: market research and questionnaires, Experiment: perception of the use of the piece, Results: the design in its shape makes the consumer more eager to buy and the meal experience becomes relaxed and enjoyable.
Inspiration: Dining times are often warm and beautiful, and a pleasant set of tableware can make the real thing more delicious. Tableware is the coat of food, so tableware design should not be noisy, but should be quiet and modest.
Project Duration: Started in June 2022 and finished in August.
Operation Flow: The work serves everyday life and is an expression of refined living and joie de vivre.
