Using Sketch, Protopie, Adobe Effect design the app make the Duxiaoxiao fluent and attractive.
- Design Challenge
- One of the most significant challenges we faced is creating the humanlike interaction. We need to catch the features of this experience and design it. We built an ΑΙ digital human interaction system that integrates various forms of human-computer interaction and ΑΙ technology. It enabled Duxiaoxiao to have anthropomorphic thinking, expression, emotion, and independent learning ability.
- Research
- We used questionnaires, user Interviews, and desk research to collect user requirements of virtual assistants and the problems of existed products. Abundant research was performed throughout the design including script rehearsal, motion capture, emotion simulation, and 3D rendering to make Duxiaoxiao look authentic and vivid. We utilized small-scope tests, and collected and analyzed user feedback to improve user experience and product customer satisfaction.
- Inspiration
- Traditional AI assistants are characterized by interacting with users through voice, the experience of which lacks a sense of authenticity. We expect that AI assistants can provide natural, emotional companionship to users with its digital, face-to-face communication while maintaining the traditional voice interaction.
