Intelehealth Ykjam Web Programmasy hakynda

Bütin dünýäde 400 milliondan gowrak adam esasy saglygy goraýyş hyzmatlaryndan peýdalanyp bilmeýär we olaryň köpüsi oba ýerlerinden. “Intelehealth” ykjam programmasy jemgyýetiň saglyk işgärlerine bu hyzmatlary uzak sebitlere hödürlemäge kömek edýär. Web programmasy arkaly lukmanlar sabyrlylyk üçin uzakdan maslahat berip bilerler. “Prismic Reflections”, işiň gutarýan wagtyny azaltmak, pes ykjam ulgamda üznüksiz işlemek, okuw wagtyny azaltmak, hassany anyklamak, ýönekeý bellige almak we yzarlamak ýaly meseleleri çözmek üçin iki programmany täzeden düzdi.

Intelehealth Ykjam Web Programmasy A' Design Award Bürünç Baýragynyň ýeňijisidir; bu döredijilik, ussatlyk we ýiti akyl bilen tapawutlanýan tapawutly dizaýnlara berilýän aşa abraýly ykrarnamadyr. Bürünç ýeňijileri dizaýnerleriniň giň tejribesini, hyýalyny we tapawutlylygyny tassyklaýan örän ussat we geň galdyryjy derejede döredijilikli eserlerdir. Intelehealth Ykjam Web Programmasy uly baha berilýän, haýran galynýan we söýülýän, üns çekiji derejede hünärmenlikli we täzelikçi zat bolmagy garaşylýar. A' Design Award Bürünç Baýragyny gazanan bu dizaýn sungatda, ylymda, dizaýnda we tehnologiýada iň oňat tejribeleri öz içine alýar we jikme-jiklige edýän üni bilen ajaýypdyr. Intelehealth Ykjam Web Programmasy zerurlyklary ajaýyp derejede kanagatlandyrýar, isleglere degýär, duýgulary özüne çekýär we gyzyklanmany çekýär.

Üýtgeşik Aýratynlyklar: Over 400 million people all over the world don't have access to basic health care and majority of them are from rural areas. Intelehealth Mobile app helps community health workers to take these services to the remote areas and using web app doctors can serve remotely. We redesigned the new User Experience to solve challenges like reducing time to complete task, easy navigation, reduce training time, clear diagnosis process, seamless doctor appointment booking and make tracking easy.

Önümçilik Tehnologiýasy: User-Centered Design Approach, applied various qualitative and quantitive research methods to identify and articulate problem statement and to arrive various solution ideas. Ideas are iterated several times, tested to arrive on final design solution.
Dizaýn Kynçylygy: Empathising with people in rural areas, their struggle in using digital platforms, understanding their constraints, language barrier and coming up with very simple, obvious, easy to understand solutions was hardest part in the project. Enabling application to even work in no network area, updating user with current status and setting up the right expectations while usage was another challenge.
Gözleg: Used research methods - user interviews, empathy maps, competitive benchmarking, stakeholder workshops, card sorting, surveys, usability testing to identify & articulate problem statement and to arrive various solution ideas.
Ylham: In rural area, community health workers plays a crucial role where availability of doctors are rare. Since community health worker come villages, they struggle in navigating app features, working in no network area, capturing patient symptoms etc. Multilingual Mobile App is designed with deep research for understanding mental model, aspirations, daily tasks and accessibility constraints of underprivileged people. Web application is made for remote doctors to improve their work efficiency.
Taslama Dowamlylygy: Project started in January 2022 and completed in Octorber 2022. This project was executed remotely by different team members, Design Studio headquarter is in Nashik.
Iş Akymy: Mobile application can be used by health workers and community health workers on their mobile device while examining patients. Web application is used from doctors on the laptops or desktops, while reviewing patient details, online visit booking, conducting a live call or prescribing a medication to them.
