About Space Couple Pendant
Ang Space Couple ay isang pendant na inspirasyon mula sa solar eclipse. Pinagsasama ng disenyo ang elemento ng araw at buwan sa isang asymmetrical na komposisyon na nagpapahiwatig ng galaw na orbital. Ang mga tanggal na bahagi nito ay nagbibigay-daan upang isuot ang pendant sa dalawang paraan. Maaaring dumaan ang kadena sa butas ng solar disc, kaya't nakabitin ang buwan sa ibabaw nito. Maaari ring isuot ang bahagi ng buwan sa elemento ng araw at i-secure bilang toggle clasp. Ang organic at malayang hugis nito ay ginawa sa pamamagitan ng 3D modeling at hinulma sa pink at white gold gamit ang lost-wax process.

- Removable elements allow wearing the pendant in two different ways to simulate a solar eclipse. Pendant has unique organic and free form shape.

- Production Technology
- The pendant is created as a 3D CAD design within Zbrush, printed the wax model on a 3D printer and produced by traditional lost-wax casting process with Pink and White Gold.
- Design Challenge
- The most challenging was to create uniform and even form for a sun pendant via modelling software
- Research
- Different types of clasps were studied before creating the composition of pendant. Also the research indicates that there are no pieces of jewelry with the same composition and construction representing the solar eclipse. The research was done using online tools and searches.
- Inspiration
- The inspiration came from the fascinating beauty of space by watching a solar eclipse. A solar eclipse is not a static phenomenon where the Moon orbits Earth and Earth orbits the Sun, in addition to spinning on its axis. Thus, the idea was to create a piece of jewelry to show this stunning orbital motion and the Sun-Moon interaction. The jewelry asymmetrical composition is balanced and helps create a sense of movement

- Operation Flow
- This manipulation with the sun and the moon charms mimics the solar eclipse. The chain could be set up simply through the hole of the solar disk. In this case the fastened moon would be hanging from the chain higher. Or the moon part with the chain could be thread the sun pendant and secured as a toggle clasp
