About Asturias Home Disenyo ng Interior na Pang-tirahan

Ang Asturias Home ay isang proyekto ng disenyo ng interior na pang-tirahan para sa isang pribadong bahay. Sinasaklaw ng renobasyon ang apat na espasyo: isang ensuite, isang pangunahing silid-tulugan, isang powder room, at isang gym na may spa area. Ang mga kulay-abong tisa, puting pintura, at magaan na kahoy ay lumilikha ng kalmado at bukas na kapaligiran. Kasama sa pangunahing silid-tulugan ang isang malaking headboard, tatlong metro ang lapad, na gawa sa dalawampung sinturon ng kahoy at dinekorasyunan gamit ang teknik na "pencil on wood" na inspirasyon mula kay Leonardo da Vinci. Ang layunin ay bigyan ang bahay ng natural, hilaw, at eleganteng wika na angkop sa modernong pamumuhay.

Ang Asturias Home Disenyo ng Interior na Pang-tirahan ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse, isang lubhang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga natatanging disenyong nakikilala sa pagkamalikhain, katalinuhan at talas ng isip. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bronse ay mga likhang lubhang mahusay at kapansin-pansing malikhain na nagpapatunay sa malawak na karanasan, imahinasyon at pagkamaparaan ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang Asturias Home Disenyo ng Interior na Pang-tirahan ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na bagay na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan sa sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya, at mahusay dahil sa pansin nito sa detalye. Ang Asturias Home Disenyo ng Interior na Pang-tirahan ay kahanga-hangang tumutugon sa mga pangangailangan, humahaplos sa mga hangarin, bumibighani sa damdamin at umaakit sa pag-uusisa.

Unique Properties: Interior Design renovation project, the transformation involved 4 main rooms: Ensuite, Master bedroom, Powder room & Gym.
The intention was to create a new language for the house, natural, raw & elegant style that reflects modern living.
The Ensuite with the grey tiles combine with the light wood become a cool fresh open space that reflects family time to relax.
The main concept for the Master bedroom is a master piece bed head, made with pencil on wood technique.
Dimensions & Packaging: Bed Head Master bedroom: 3000mm W, 2100mm H, 40mm D, 20 timber wooden ribbons for the overall width.
Ensuite: 4135mm W, 3200mm L, 4200mm H, grey tiles & paint colour with light timber
Gym & Spa area: 7800mm W, 9600mm L, 2900mm H White, grey & timber
Powder room: 1650MM W, 1100mm L, 2900mm H Bikes wall paper and stone basin

Production Technology: The design was made first with sketches pencil drawings to achieve the concept & language for the renovation having everything connected with the wood & greys colour in one space layout.
When the design was approved by the client I used AutoCAD for documentation as well as Photoshop for final presentation.
Ricardo Macia Lalinde was the graphic designer on charge to achieve the composition for the Davinci bed head, using Photoshop & pencil on wood technique.
Design Challenge: The obstacle was the distance, I am living in Australia & the project is in Medellin Colombia the client provides all the info required to achieve the concept & accuracy documentation.
The creative challenge was the bed head, it is a product environmentally friendly easy to build, low cost material & high graphic impact.
Research: On the research, first it was to understand the client’s living, preferences & taste.
I did a questionary for them to answer regards topics, travels, favorited colours, intention with the renovation etc.
After that I use my imagination to create some sketch drawings for concepts as well as imagens in internet with projects of interest.
I also did a research on trends & shops in Medellin for products & materials. The client was important at this stage to visit & collect the data for final decision.
Inspiration: The inspiration are the materials, the cool palate with whites & greys, the timber & the art as a great complement for unique spaces. Davinci as more than an artist, an integral representative, including invention, imagination, drawings, painting, anatomy, literature & Architecture.

Location: Medellin, Colombia

Duration: 6 months (July to December 2019)
Operation Flow: This job was operated with an open mind client who helps in the construction process, also the spaces shows a fresh, open, elegant, raw, life style.
The transformation generates open spaces with different uses for family & guesses.
The key frame was the team work within the Interior designer, graphic designer, client, & trades to achieve a functional & beautiful result in a short period.
