About Floating Restawran

Ang Floating ay isang restawran na matatagpuan sa isang taniman sa Lalawigan ng Guangdong, Tsina. Ang gusali ay napapaligiran ng tubig at nakapatong sa mga haliging inilagay sa hindi pantay na agwat. Ang disenyo ay kumukuha ng inspirasyon mula sa tradisyonal na mga bahay Hakka sa kanayunan ng Tsina. Ang isang umaalon na anyo ng bubong ay umaalingawngaw sa galaw ng mga alon ng tubig. Ginamit ang mga lokal na materyales sa buong istruktura. Sa loob, inilagay ang mga dekorasyong hugis-isda upang umayon sa nakapaligid na tanawing-tubig. Ang layunin ay lumikha ng isang tahimik na espasyo para sa pagkain na maayos na naghahalo sa tanawin ng kanayunan.

Unique Properties: The project is located in a farmland with a beautiful environment in Guangdong Province. Surrounded by the water, the design combines the irregular column spacing scales that have been constructed to carry out the conception and creativity. It extracts inspiration from the traditional Hakka houses in rural China, adopting the undulating roof form to echo the water wave.In the interior, the fish-shaped decorations are used to intersperse the waterscape and try to complement each other.
Inspiration: It extracts inspiration from the traditional Hakka houses in rural China, adopting the undulating roof form to echo the water wave.The architect made full use of local materials to return to nature and tried to provide a leisurely hydrophilic dining space blending into the surrounding environment, presenting a wild and quiet pastoral beauty.
Project Duration: The project started to design in July 2017 and the restaurant opened in March 2020 in Huizhou City Guangdong Province China.
