About Light Series Panangga sa Paghinga

Ang Light Series ay isang de-koryenteng panangga sa paghinga na sumasaklaw sa buong mukha, may kasamang integrated na HEPA filtration. Ang maskara ay isang modular na plataporma na iniladang gamitin sa iba't ibang pangangailangan, kabilang ang pang-araw-araw, medikal, sports, at industriyal na proteksyon. Ang hangin ay hinihigop ng tahimik na fan at nililinis ng HEPA filters bago ito ipasok sa loob ng maskara. Ang positive pressure at daloy ng hangin ay maaaring i-adjust, at ang mga kontrol ay konektado sa isang mobile application. Ang visor ay gawa sa optically clear polycarbonate na may anti-scratch at anti-fog na coating. Ang disenyo ng pamamahagi ng bigat ay nagpapababa ng presyon sa mukha, at ang maskara ay tumitimbang lamang ng 245 gramo.

Inaasahang ang Light Series Panangga sa Paghinga ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na bagay na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan sa sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya, at mahusay dahil sa pansin nito sa detalye. Unique Properties: AD Light series mask is a full face powered mask with integrated HEPA filtration. Light is a modular platform that was made to serve as a broad solution for many uses (regular, medical, sport, industry..) and can be easily upgraded or adjusted to specific uses. Adjustable positive pressure and air flow are just some of the masks features. Our innovative weight distribution design minimizes pressure on your face with weighing only 245g.

Production Technology: Optical clear Polycarbonate with special antiScratch and andFog coating, smart controls over paired mobile application combined with smart AirFlow adapting mechanism makes mask comfortable use of the mask for all general and active sport activities in daily use.
Design Challenge: The most important and most difficult was to create ergonomics and usability for the mask itself and its controls for the mask to be comfortable for daily use in normal life.
Research: The project ignited as response to the pandemic. Currently, the mask is undergoing the PPE III certification and "crowd-testing" by selected betta testers. Started by one company, today a number of the specialized companies involved in the project being involved in the implementation of "add-ons" into the mask for it to be a respiratory platform, rather than just respirator.
We target the mask to be available on the market by May-June this year.
Inspiration: This project started in 2019, even before we knew about the pandemic, but when pandemic broke out, we changed our direction a little bit when we found out PPE market needs innovation. Besides that, we are fans of Star Trek and Star Wars and we wanted to create something futuristic.
Project Duration: Project started in 2nd half of 2019. Market launch is expected to happen in the following months.
Operation Flow: Air is being taken in with a powerful silent fan from the outside and cleaned by HEPA filters (99.9% efficiency) before it is supplied into the mask. Exchangeable around face cushion allows to accommodate mask to the most faces with low-pressure tight fit for comfortable use during long hours.
Patents: Multiple global PCT patents on Device and Design are pending.
