About Intelehealth Ang Mobile Web Application

Mahigit 400 milyong tao sa buong mundo ang walang access sa pangunahing pangangalagang pangkalusugan at karamihan sa kanila ay mula sa mga rural na lugar. Ang mobile application ng Intelehealth ay tumutulong sa mga manggagawang pangkalusugan ng komunidad na mag-alok ng mga serbisyong ito sa mga malalayong lugar. Samantalang, sa pamamagitan ng web application ang mga doktor ay maaaring malayuang magbigay ng pagkonsulta sa pasensya. Muling idinisenyo ng Prismic Reflections ang parehong mga application upang malutas ang mga problema tulad ng pagbawas sa oras ng pagkumpleto ng gawain, tuluy-tuloy na operasyon sa mababang lugar ng mobile network, pagbabawas ng oras ng pagsasanay, simpleng proseso ng diagnosis ng pasyente, madaling pag-book ng appointment at proseso ng pagsubaybay.

Ang Intelehealth Ang Mobile Web Application ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse, isang lubhang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga natatanging disenyong nakikilala sa pagkamalikhain, katalinuhan at talas ng isip. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bronse ay mga likhang lubhang mahusay at kapansin-pansing malikhain na nagpapatunay sa malawak na karanasan, imahinasyon at pagkamaparaan ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang Intelehealth Ang Mobile Web Application ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na bagay na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan sa sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya, at mahusay dahil sa pansin nito sa detalye. Ang Intelehealth Ang Mobile Web Application ay kahanga-hangang tumutugon sa mga pangangailangan, humahaplos sa mga hangarin, bumibighani sa damdamin at umaakit sa pag-uusisa.

Unique Properties: Over 400 million people all over the world don't have access to basic health care and majority of them are from rural areas. Intelehealth Mobile app helps community health workers to take these services to the remote areas and using web app doctors can serve remotely. We redesigned the new User Experience to solve challenges like reducing time to complete task, easy navigation, reduce training time, clear diagnosis process, seamless doctor appointment booking and make tracking easy.
Dimensions & Packaging: The design is made for android mobile application and web application. The same design is used for developing progressive web app - PWA

Production Technology: User-Centered Design Approach, applied various qualitative and quantitive research methods to identify and articulate problem statement and to arrive various solution ideas. Ideas are iterated several times, tested to arrive on final design solution.
Design Challenge: Empathising with people in rural areas, their struggle in using digital platforms, understanding their constraints, language barrier and coming up with very simple, obvious, easy to understand solutions was hardest part in the project. Enabling application to even work in no network area, updating user with current status and setting up the right expectations while usage was another challenge.
Research: Used research methods - user interviews, empathy maps, competitive benchmarking, stakeholder workshops, card sorting, surveys, usability testing to identify & articulate problem statement and to arrive various solution ideas.
Inspiration: In rural area, community health workers plays a crucial role where availability of doctors are rare. Since community health worker come villages, they struggle in navigating app features, working in no network area, capturing patient symptoms etc. Multilingual Mobile App is designed with deep research for understanding mental model, aspirations, daily tasks and accessibility constraints of underprivileged people. Web application is made for remote doctors to improve their work efficiency.
Project Duration: Project started in January 2022 and completed in Octorber 2022. This project was executed remotely by different team members, Design Studio headquarter is in Nashik.
Operation Flow: Mobile application can be used by health workers and community health workers on their mobile device while examining patients. Web application is used from doctors on the laptops or desktops, while reviewing patient details, online visit booking, conducting a live call or prescribing a medication to them.
