About Black and White Ang Show Unit

Nang matanggap ng mga designer ang brief mula sa kliyente, isa itong show unit para sa mayamang merkado. Gustong iwasan ng mga designer ang klasikong straight-to-your-face luxury. Ang show unit na ito ay dapat magpakita ng isang pakiramdam ng lasa na may mga detalyeng nakatago sa mga disenyo Ginamit nila ang itim at puti bilang tema ng kulay para sa unit ng palabas na may pahiwatig ng kulay ng accent mula sa maluwag na kasangkapan o sa nakasabit na dekorasyon. Ang pangunahing focal point ng show unit ay ang pasukan. Para makalikha ng Wow effect, gumamit sila ng moss art.

Ang Black and White Ang Show Unit ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse, isang lubhang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga natatanging disenyong nakikilala sa pagkamalikhain, katalinuhan at talas ng isip. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bronse ay mga likhang lubhang mahusay at kapansin-pansing malikhain na nagpapatunay sa malawak na karanasan, imahinasyon at pagkamaparaan ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang Black and White Ang Show Unit ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na bagay na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan sa sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya, at mahusay dahil sa pansin nito sa detalye. Ang Black and White Ang Show Unit ay kahanga-hangang tumutugon sa mga pangangailangan, humahaplos sa mga hangarin, bumibighani sa damdamin at umaakit sa pag-uusisa.

Unique Properties: When we received the brief from the client, it was a show unit for the affluent market. We want to avoid the classic straight- to your- face luxury. This show unit should portray a sense of tastefulness with details hidden in the designs

We have used black and white as the color theme for the show unit with a hint of accents color from the loose furniture or the hanging decoration.

The main focal point of show unit is the entrance. In order to create the WOW effect, we have used a moss art.

Production Technology: Our design has incorporated leather finished marble in the dry kitchen and granite cladding the wall and counted of the wet kitchen
Design Challenge: The hardest part of the renovation was the access to the show unit. Imagine the area during the beginning was just a wetland, and we had to carry the materials into the site using truck with chances of it getting stuck in the mud. We are glad we managed to do it anyway and carry out the work with the teamwork from all parties.
Inspiration: The inspiration is coming from the surrounding of the show unit. An environment that's created for the affluent.

Project Duration: The project started in year 2021 during the preliminary design stage. However due to the lock down in Malaysia, we can only carry out the renovation concurrently with the build in 2022.
Operation Flow: The challenge of to construct this interior renovation of the show unit is that, we have to work concurrently with the main builder, as certain part of the show unit has not been constructed yet such as the toilets and the first floor.

The area was pretty secluded and muddy, with limited water resources. Thus, we have to source our water supply at site to ensure the work can be carried out.
