Ang Fenc Loopflex ay isang nababanat na tela na walang spandex na binuo para sa pandamit pang-sports, pandamit panglibang, at pang-ilalim na damit. Ang tela ay isang mono na materyal na gawa lamang sa polyester, kaya nagiging posible ang pag-recycle mula tela patungo sa tela at nababawasan ang basura. Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: It starts with TPEE chips, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, which undergoes a solvent-free melt extrusion process to produce high-performance polyester elastomer. The yarn is then knitted with regular polyester filaments into a mono-material polyester base stretch fabric using advanced textile engineering. This process incorporates an intricate inner structure and pre-programmed tensions ensures a balance of comfort and support, delivering optimal benefits in motion or at rest.
Hamon sa Disenyo: The biggest challenge was replacing spandex while maintaining high stretch and recovery. We engineered a recyclable polyester-based mono-material fabric with the same elasticity. Achieving the right balance of performance, comfort, and sustainability required advanced material knowledge, precision knitting, and adjustments to dyeing and finishing processes. By overcoming production limitations, this innovation improves recyclability and contributes to a greener textile industry.
Pananaliksik: Using material science and solvent-free melt extrusion, our polyester elastic yarn is produced with a lower carbon emission process and fewer chemicals than traditional spandex production.
