RareMe Mobil Uygulama Hakkında

RareMe, nadir hastalıklardan etkilenen kişiler için geliştirilmiş bir mobil uygulamadır. RareMe; hastaları ve ailelerini hastaneler, tıbbi kurumlar, eczaneler, doktorlar ve ilaç geliştiricileriyle buluşturur. Kullanıcılar kayıt sırasında hasta, aile üyesi veya sağlık hizmeti sağlayıcısı rollerinden birini seçer. Hastalar tedavi süreçlerine dair günlükler yazabilir, dünya genelindeki ilaç ve tedavileri araştırabilir ve bir öneri algoritması sayesinde benzer durumdaki diğer kullanıcılara ulaşabilir. Uygulama iOS ve Android platformlarında kullanılabilmektedir. Amaç, nadir hastalığa sahip hastalara eşit ilgi ve özenin gösterilmesini sağlamaktır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: Rare diseases are currently affecting about 300 million patients worldwide. Due to their rare conditions, they cannot get the same degree of treatment and assistance as normal patients, especially in some developing countries. RareMe helps rare diseases patients with their recovery and therapy. By connecting with global medical research, institutions, hospitals, doctors, and drug developers, they can receive equal attention and care.

The biggest problem is to contact all stakeholders, promote app through hospitals, medical institutions, and major media platforms, so that patients scattered around the world can know and join RareMe. With the help of a large number of patients gathering to solve the problem of drug research and distribution by low-cost crowdfunding.
Araştırma: Rare diseases are currently affecting 3.5% - 5.9% of the worldwide population. There are more than 7,000 rare diseases known in the world, however, only less than 10% of the diseases have approved treatment drugs or programs.

Based on this huge social problem, we have conducted extensive interviews with medical professors of Harvard University and Medical Laboratory of Zhejiang University, and are eager to connect rare disease patients around the world in a simple and portable way. We have connected many medical workers and patients via the development of RareMe. In order to improve this current condition, we will add in more and more health-care providers in the future.

Moreover, proper medicines and treatments are not available in some developing countries. They have few wardmates to communicate with, either.
Proje Süresi: This project started in September 2019 in Hangzhou, China, and it is still under developing.
İşleyiş Akışı: At the beginning of registration, user will choose their own role as patients/family members or health-care providers, then enter the home page. Patients can write disease fighting diaries, seek for other users who have similar syndromes and fight together. They can also seek drugs and treatments around the world. As for health-care providers, they can contact patients quickly via RareMe and offer help.
