Про Milagros Пляшка для питної води

Milagros — це пляшка для преміальної лужної питної води. Пляшка виготовлена з ПЕТ з домішкою синьо-фіолетового пігменту — кольору, що асоціюється з рівнем pH лужної води. Тонований матеріал також допомагає зберігати воду стабільнішою, ніж прозора пляшка. Задня частина вигнута всередину і містить рельєфну назву бренду, що полегшує утримування пляшки в руці. Візерунки батик витиснені з лівого та правого боків і повторюються на друкованій етикетці. Кришка виготовлена з фіолетового поліпропілену. Висота пляшки становить 239 мм, діаметр — 63 мм.

Дизайнерський виклик: One of the biggest challenge is keep the bottle sturdy because the curvature on the back makes it less sturdy when filled with water, so we make the bottle not perfectly round but with some small indentation lines that act as supporting pole and leaves a label-shaped area that has to be filled with label. But solving this problem makes it difficult for label that have sharp tip placed symmetrically in this area. But with little dot on the bottom of the bottle as a sensor for a label machine , the label can stick perfectly in it's place

Milagros has maintenance elements of a sustainable design philosophy in packaging. While most of the water bottle has been mostly in the form of round shape, we want a bottle that can more easy to hold, has a color that identical to the pH color spectrum of alkaline water and has a characteristic of Indonesia

Робочий процес: With a coloured blue purple PET Bottle, it can make alkali water more stabile rather than a clear one.
