Gius 5 — це мотоциклетний шолом, який поєднує захист, комфорт і вентиляцію. П'ять незалежних повітрозабірників працюють у парі з центральним витяжним отвором від'ємного тиску у верхній частині купола, скорочуючи шлях повітряного потоку для видалення теплого та вологого повітря. Кожен повітряний канал обладнаний ручним клапаном, який у закритому положенні блокує вітер і пил. Візор оснащений механічним фіксувальним механізмом, що запобігає від'єднанню під час сильного удару. Унікальні властивості: Gius 5 integrates safety, comfort, and performance. The visor uses a mechanical locking mechanism instead of a traditional latch, preventing detachment during extreme impact to reduce secondary injury risk. The helmet incorporates five independent air intake vents working with a central negative pressure exhaust port to attain efficient ventilation and heat dissipation.

Технологія виробництва: The Gius 5 uses waterjet cutting technology instead of traditional laser cutting. The outer shell is molded from a composite engineering plastic, replacing conventional fiberglass. The interior liner system is removable and washable. It uses quick drying, antibacterial fabric and is padded with three dimensional support foam selected for its resistance to compression. This extends the service life and reduces the need for replacement.
Дизайнерський виклик: The vent design ensures efficient airflow entry when open. When closed, external surfaces allow air to pass without obstruction, preventing turbulence or drag. Multiple vents and internal channels distribute evenly across the thermal zones of head. It also minimizes the space occupied by these channels within the EPS energy absorbing liner to preserve maximum impact protection performance.
Дослідження: The development of Gius 5 incorporated data from numerous collision cases to inform targeted structural optimizations. The transition area between the jaw and neck features a rounded edge design. This geometry increases the contact surface with the sternum, allowing impact loads to be distributed more evenly. On the lower sides, recessed flexible edges are implemented. These are designed to protect the clavicle area of rider during an impact by preventing force concentration on a single point.
Натхнення: Unlike the overt rebellion associated with punk aesthetics, Gius 5 conveys a quieter, more intellectual character. Disparate elements are synthesized into a cohesive whole, avoiding abruptness. The design seeks to visualize the shape of wind moving through the environment. This serves both as an aesthetic expression and as a pursuit of aerodynamic and ventilation performance.
Тривалість проєкту: The project design began in Guangzhou in July 2024 and was completed in March 2025. The Gius 5 was exhibited at the 2025 China International Motorcycle Trade Show, Chongqing Motor Show, and at EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy.
Робочий процес: Air intakes on the frontal area of helmet adopt a three port linear structure, providing uniform coverage across the head. Left and right independent air channels are added near the mouth area to optimize breathing comfort. A negative pressure exhaust vent is positioned at the center of the top crown, shortening the airflow path to expel warm, humid air efficiently. Each air channel is equipped with a manually operated valve to block wind and dust ingress when closed.
