About 360° Clean کثیر زاویہ صفائی جھاڑو
360 کلین ایک کثیر زاویہ جھاڑو ہے جو گھریلو صفائی کے لیے ڈیزائن کیا گیا ہے۔ عام جھاڑو کا کام کرنے کا زاویہ محدود ہوتا ہے، اس لیے 360 کلین میں برسلز (ریشے) سر کے گرد ہر سمت میں ترتیب دیے گئے ہیں۔ برسلز کی سختی ان کی لمبائی کے مطابق کنٹرول کی گئی ہے، جس سے یہ جھاڑو صفائی کی زیادہ وسیع صورتوں کے لیے موزوں ہو جاتا ہے۔ اس کی ساخت روایتی چینی صفائی کے آلات سے ماخوذ ہے۔ یہ جھاڑو PET، ABS اور ایلومینیم الائے سے تیار کیا گیا ہے، جس میں انجیکشن مولڈنگ اور ایکسٹروژن مولڈنگ کی تکنیک استعمال کی گئی ہے۔ جھاڑو کی پیمائش 300 × 80 × 950 ملی میٹر ہے اور اسے عام جھاڑو کی طرح ہی استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔

- Unique Properties
- This is an easy-to-use multi angle broom. The commonly used broom has a limited use angle. 360°broom is improved by configuring bristles at multiple angles. The product is equipped with bristles at 360° and the hardness of the bristles is controlled according to the length of the bristles to meet the needs of more scenes.

- Design Challenge
- The most difficult thing in this design is to combine product form and function.
- Research
- First, we brainstorm our design goals. Then through the query of relevant information and user interviews to understand user needs. Then sketch and model, and make a simple functional prototype.
- Inspiration
- In the past, Chinese people would collect chicken feathers to make cleaning tools. With the development of modern life, old tools are gradually unable to meet the new use scenarios and are eliminated. I got inspiration from traditional Chinese cleaning tools and designed a new broom.
- Project Duration
- The project started in January 2020 in Hefei and finished in March 2020 in Anqing.
- Operation Flow
- The way of using this product is very simple. Users only need to use it like a common broom. Because it adds brushes in all directions, it is easier to clean many scenes.
