About HD Diamond Series شاور اینکلوژر (شاور کیبن)

ایچ ڈی ڈائمنڈ سیریز شاور اینکلوژرز کی ایک رینج ہے جو کم سے کم (منیملسٹ) طرز کے غسل خانوں کے لیے ڈیزائن کی گئی ہے۔ اس سیریز میں 6 ملی میٹر کا H-شکل والا انتہائی باریک فریم استعمال کیا گیا ہے، جو لیمینیٹڈ گلاس کے اُس اصول پر مبنی ہے جس میں 5 ملی میٹر شیشے کی دو تہیں ایک دوسرے سے ذرا ہٹ کر جوڑی جاتی ہیں۔ قائمہ زاویہ والا فریم سامنے کی جانب صرف 10 ملی میٹر چوڑا ہے، جو شیشے کی موٹائی کے عین مطابق ہے۔ دروازے کے فریم کو دھات میں لپٹی سلیکون ٹیپ سے سِیل کیا گیا ہے، جس سے ہوا بند کارکردگی بہترین رہتی ہے اور دھات کے ساتھ رنگ کی ہم آہنگی بھی قائم رہتی ہے۔ ایک ڈیمپنگ بفر دروازے کو بغیر آواز بند ہونے میں مدد دیتا ہے، جبکہ نیچے کی جانب لگا دھاتی واپسی نالہ پانی کو دوبارہ شاور کے حصے کی طرف موڑ دیتا ہے۔

Unique Properties: The HD Diamond series innovates with a 6mm "H" shaped extremely narrow frame, utilizing the laminated glass process stacking principle. The 5 plus 5 glass displaced interlayer makes the right-angle frame have a narrowest front width of 10mm, achieving the same thickness as the glass. The door frame adopts waterproof tape made of metal wrapped silicone material, which has better airtightness and achieves color compatibility with the metal, making it more harmonious and unified.
Dimensions & Packaging: The series has evolved styles for various application scenarios, which can be flexibly customized according to different space needs and home styles to meet the personalized needs of users.

Production Technology: The series adopts a non magnetic capsule closure structure, achieving a 6mm "H-shaped" extremely narrow frame; The laminated glass process stacking principle and the 5 plus 5 glass displaced interlayer make the right angle frame have a narrowest front width of 10mm, achieving the extremely narrow frame with the same thickness as the glass. The door frame adopts waterproof tape made of metal wrapped silicone material, achieving high airtightness and durability.
Design Challenge: It considers on how to create the atmosphere of an elegant and luxurious space while meeting the practical functions. By combining 6mm "H" shaped extremely narrow frames and metal door frames with transparent glass, traditional cumbersome decorations and layouts are extremely simplified. Meanwhile, the innovative metal return sink at the bottom of the door achieves in collecting water immediately upon opening, resulting in a more comprehensive separation of dry and wet conditions.
Research: With the continuous extension of minimalist style in home space, minimalist bathrooms can help people relieve their burden and enjoy the purity and comfort of simple life with peace of mind. The series utilizes the fusion of lines and geometric block surfaces to innovate 6mm "H-shaped" extremely narrow frames and metal door frames, pairing with transparent glass and diamond textures, making the series as exquisite and elegant as diamond cut surfaces, casting a high-quality spatial charm.
Inspiration: The design inspiration comes from the diamond cutting surface, utilizing the fusion of lines and geometric block surfaces to showcase the rich spatial visual hierarchy between light and shadow, with a golden ratio of precise cutting beauty. The 6mm "H-shaped" extremely narrow frame reshapes the visual senses with the ultimate line aesthetic, creating a refined and minimalist spatial atmosphere, giving the space more possibilities.
Project Duration: The project finished in July 2023 in Guangzhou.
Operation Flow: The series is equipped with a damping buffer, achieving a 90-degree positioning when opening the door, an automatic return when closing the door at 10 degrees, a buffered closure at 45 degrees, and ultra quiet experience. And it effectively reducing safety issues such as glass collisions and hand gripping. The innovative metal return sink installed at the bottom guides the accumulated water on the glass back to the shower area when opening the door, achieving all-round wet and dry separation.
